Skip, good luck with you what you want to achieve. It just seems your ability to maintain (I say this loosely, since it doesn't seem to be 100% working for you) this lifestyle will be critical to keep a high maintenance woman. Since you don't want to game, it will just be the checkbook and your social status and any smoke and mirrors you can do to elevate yourself in her eyes. Just remember that a woman that likes you for those reasons can easily be taken away from you by someone who has more resources.

I am sure CR is a good chap and means well;however, I am not looking to "bang" as many women as possible. I am unable to change my demeanor because it would be inorganic, contrived, and largely unfruitful...it would be profoundly out of character.

This does not mean I will not read your books with a healthy bit of skepticism and extrapolate and apply what I can-- but it does mean that for my situation I question the utility of it.

I am not keen on American women. To be frank, I am not of the income level or--sadly--success level to attract the type of AW that I want.

I used to try provider game when I thought it would get me what I wanted. I stopped doing that because it never gave me good results. The women turned into saints (wait for sex, they are good girls, etc.) and treated me coldly. When I started gaming I found that my results were much better. As soon as a girl says "shut up!" or "you're an asshole" I know I'm in.

Skip, take it from someone that can run the most extreme case of provider game possible. It really doesn't work very well on Western girls. You seem like a smart guy. Seems like classic "good boy routine" was instilled in this guy from a young age. Probably conservative background, was told to stay away from girls, focus on homework and grades, then girls will magically "come to you". I have noticed black men from stable households tend to have overall less game than black men from unstable homes with less rules in place.

I did not bitch that I am not dating beautiful woman in Vegas. I am complaining that it costs a lot of effort and resources which I am ill-equipped to expend. Moreover, I am killing my savings earned from blood money downrange dropping 350 on dates with the bottle service types in Vegas.

This may sound crazy, I don't think you make/have enough money for your goal (mainly because of location). Locking down a young 8+ woman, in her prime years, in Vegas on 120K a year isn't going to happen (in my opinion). They will ride the cock carousel until someone pulling 5X your pay flashes enough cash in their face for them to settle down. Lower your expectations down to a previously 8+ women in her late 20s early 30s (that didn't get her rich sugar daddy), and there's a better chance you'll get what you're after. Otherwise do what everyone here is advocating and use these American women, like they desire, on the cheap.

I'm a vegas local, the stuff you're talking about fatties and flakes is common. There are also hotties that work in the industry in lots of places and there are women around. With your kind of cash I would say it is easier to get into a social circle with men of your caliber.
