OK, this just happened and is a little frightening.

I know this legitimately bipolar (on lots of meds) girl who I've hooked up with before. It was super casual and maybe saw each other once every 5-6 weeks over the last 6 months. We had sex maybe half the times.

I say she's legitimately bipolar because her mood would literally just flip like a switch when we were hanging out. She had no control over it whatsover, but almost seemed schizophrenic. I sympathize with it because I have struggled with it to a certain degree but have always tried to proactively control it around other people. But she's really messed in the head. She would snapchat me photos of her hanging out with new dudes every once in awhile. It was super casual so I was just like whatever because the sex was hot and she was super submissive.

Anyway, the last two times we hung out we didn't even have sex, just made out for a little bit. I last hung out with her 3 weeks ago.

I texted her today and we texted back and forth a few times. I guess she apparently saw me out with a black girl a couple weeks ago unbeknownst to me. We engaged in a few flirty back-and-forth banter texts and then I could tell her mood just switched and she was like, "you hang out with n*ggers. delete my number."

I thought she was playing so I texted a "lol" back. And she responded, "Last time you time you almost raped me. Delete my number."

Now last time we literally only kissed for a few minutes and then her mood switched and she ran out the door.

Now, I learned my lesson since she's legitimately unstable and given that the law greatly favors girls against men - whether or not they are liars and complete psychos - I just learned a valuable lesson to avoid these types of girls.

As soon as she wrote "You almost raped me." I deleted her number and contact but this was earlier in the day and I'm still razzled by it...so I guess any words of wisdom to calm my nerves would be appreciated. I guess I'm hoping she returns to a slightly more rational mood and doesn't actually do anything stupid with this announcement (who knows, she might be hanging out with an enabler friend or even her parents and blurt shit out to them and then there's a snowball effect). But fuck, this is kinda scary.

What gets me though is how cheapened the word "rape" is when thrown around by girls like this. But it's cheapened only to red-pillers though. I can't even talk to my real-life friends about this because of the stigma of the word rape and I know if I told them this they would look at me horrified as if I were a rapist.

Yet here we have as a collective society having given stupid girls too much power to be able to ruin someone's life by lying outright, and without repercussion to themselves.

I would NOT have deleted. My first thought would be to get a confirmation text that she was ok with you to prove that sex was consensual. Something that said to anyone reading the text that she was happy with you.

Every ONS I have, I try to get something like this via a "You were sexy last night" or "I had an awesome time with you", etc.

Agreed. You want to keep evidence in case you need it.

Not being an expert on deleting numbers and text messages, I wonder if you delete the number do the texts get deleted also?

You guys are too paranoid. To be convicted of rape she would have to press charges and follow it through in court. Not likely to happen.

I'd be more worried about sending a dick pic. She could walk over to the police station with it and have you arrested and charged with harassment and you could end up on a sex offender registry.

To reiterate what CaP7 wrote. If you have any old text archives from her still screenshot any message that shows she was having sex with you and email it to yourself. Delete her name from your contact list so just her phone number appears when you do it. I do this with every girl. I have an entire email account devoted to maintaining text message evidence.

Why wouldn't a backup of your text messages be sufficient - why the extra step of screenshots vs an app that backs up your texts to your email on the regular? If shit his the fan, wouldn't the cell phone provider get subpoenaed anyway?
