Not trying to hijack the thread, but have you guys noticed a difference in your motivation and general mood when you:

1. Stop jerking off altogether (for a period of time)

2. Jerk off, but not to porn

3. Jerk off to porn.


#3 always leads to decreased drive and confidence in my state of mind, so I've ceased doing that altogether.

Purely as needed. Often times when I start thinking about wasting time browsing and messaging on a dating app or texting a FB even though I don't particularly want to spend time with anyone or go out - just itching for a nut - I'll rub one out and immediately snap out of it.
