Wildest college town in Europe?

Bumping this to ask a question.
Has anyone pretty much lived the university/college life WITHOUT actually studying a degree? Either in Europe, or the US. I love the atmosphere and gaming opportunities that studying on a campus presents, but have no real need to study anything at this time. Can you still attend random classes to game women, go to the organised parties etc without a student ID? Just by renting a place near-by and lying about your student status (while working online or something)? If so, which are the best places to do this?

Belgrade is crazy. There are a lot of students from around Serbia, and the region. Everyone is always partying. Can't comment on dorms, but heard they suck. It's a party every day in Belgrade. And you have a lot of people coming in from outside the city, they're away from home, so it's hedonism central. Clubs can close whenever, alcohol everywhere, smoking everywhere, lots of spots for 24h drunk food.
There's quite a good student club KST, in the basement of the engineering university, and they have music basically every night, and you only pay a couple USD for cover. Live music a lot of the time. Can get in if you're not a student, and one of the most unique university related places i've ever been to. It's a well-known place, but you won't see many foreigners there. Beer is cheap as well. You will see all the different belgrade youth scenes there as well, emo, rock, hipster, metal, etc.
A lot of my buddies bragged about how little they studied, and would make a show of actually studying like once a month. You have a lot of people failing their exams, and having to take, and retake, over and over.
House parties aren't that common sadly, so you're not gonna find much of a university houseparty scene in belgrade, everyone goes to the bars or the clubs instead, although plenty of people drink in the park.
On the subject of serbian students partying, I heard that the ski resort Kaoponik in Serbia has some great partying for students, and a lot of universities do retreats there in the winter. Never got to go to one myself.

Lund is very, very peaceful. Went there 5 years ago and saw the uni, not wild at all. Sure there is student life and bars but the city is one of the quietest i've ever been to anywhere.

Göttingen has a lot of parties and getting laid didn't seem specially difficult as the entire town is functionally a big kindergaten campus for the students as most faculty members live in the surrounding suburbs.
We move between light and shadow, mutually influencing and being influenced through shades of gray...
