It's a GIF, so I can't post the text below.

If there wasn't enough advice for women that fell into the "you are special just the way you are category," a father apparently wrote a letter that adds another log to the bonfire that is the American woman.

Here it is below. Hope that is not his kid - looks like it already hit the wall.

This is a dupe from last year. The comments in Dr Flanagan's original article are disgusting (see original link below).

Proof yet again that men enable female misbehavior. Constantly.

The girl will be set for up to her thirty's, if she's pretty. There are far worse fates than to be an entitled princess.

What concerns me is that, if this isn't just an attention-whoring feel-good calculated ploy by the dad, then this bodes ill for his son. I'm sorry kid that you couldn't have been born to me, or to my own father as a brother. Sucks to be you.

I was wondering about this, though. I'm 30, divorced with a daughter and is there something wrong with me when i say that i just want her to be happy? I feel like i'm living some fucking cliche cause i've always been anti-feminism and all this you-go-girlism bullshit but having a kid and taking care of my little sister, too...man i think i'm turning beta.
It's getting to a point where i get worried that guys like me would take advantage of her later in life. Any of you have kids and can help me out?? How do you deal with having a daughter, wanting her to be happy and changing your views and shit

I would start telling her the truth about the world. About feminism, and all the other bullshit. You have to guide her to make good decisions.

that message is completely cringe worthy especially the bit where the "cutie pie's" future husband elects her to a place of "honor" in "your" home, not their home....where is he elect to? Or is just merely the subject as per usual.

Just another part of the Princess and the Pauper narrative.

If you want her to be happy then you probably want her to be married to a strong man in a traditional patriarchal family. Those women are happier than carousel riders and women married to spineless men. Show your daughter strong leadership and she will seek a similar man in the future. If you're divorced then your ex-wife is most likely a shitty example of a woman so that's what you should be most worried about.

I've got the dick so I make the rules.
