I think someone from Poland on the forum said gypsies have a sort of protective status that they exploit in the legal system. I don't know anything about the confrontation, but my guess is the gypsy isn't particularly upset at the outcome.

Gypsies have no honor in the traditional sense. Has anyone seen dirty harry? Where the criminal pays someone to beat himself up to blame the police? That's kind of the feeling I have about this whole situation....Gypsy is stalking Roosh, harassing him, Roosh finally confronts him, gypsy pushes Roosh, Roosh punches back, gypsy starts crying, police arrest Roosh, gypsies friends point to Roosh as being the aggressor.

My guess is he was jailed for some garden-variety bar altercation, will pay a fine, have to appear in a polish court, etc. Worst case: The femnags in Poland use his material against him and he is asked to leave the country. If Roosh got jailed that's fucked up and it's our hope that André gipsy spends the rest of his days in Alcatraz. I heard horrible things about gipsies and gipsy behaviour, but unfortunately they're protected by some laws. This doesn't mean they can do about anything they want so I'm positive Roosh will get out of this trouble soon.

I'd say that's a pretty good guess at how things escalated.

I've heard of a couple strange circumstances surrounding gypsies and fights.

1. In Paris, gypsies will "fake fight" to get your attention while they pick your pockets.

2. In Ukraine a friend told me there is a "gypsy king" who is like some sort of kingpin. The gypsies pay him protection money and he bails them out of prison.

Like D&P said, you never know if someone has a knife....so go for the eyes.

Scary stuff. I've travelled extensively in the region, and gypsies aren't well thought of in Eastern Europe. Sounds terrible, but that's the way it is. I guess an analogy for Americans would be like if a white dude got into a fight with a black guy in the 1940's in the South. As wrong as it may be, the white guy would be given the benefit of the doubt. Maybe Roosh will get the benefit of that with regard to a fight with a gypsy. Then again, he's not a Pole - so he's not gonna get much "home team" advantage.

All of here who know the story of this scenario could only surmise that Roosh was acting in self defense.

Either way, I know that if you start shit with the gypsies, their family will come after you pretty hard and they don't give a fuck and might even try to kill you.

BTW, you mentioned "serious injuries". Can we confirm that Roosh is not injured? He seemed OK in the picture. Legal trouble is bad, but physical harm is worse. I'm hoping Roosh is ok physically and emotionally. Seems like a strong-minded dude so I presume he's coping well enough.
