Why would it matter one way or another if a camera can be brought into a JAIL. It's not a PRISON. Big difference.

Being detained in a jail isn't the same as having all your rights stripped away as a prisoner.

Ok, I have an update.

I understand the different reactions--from incredulity to confusion--but all signs point to this being a serious situation. Our source in Wroclaw is very credible and Roosh's failure to respond through our emergency channels is very alarming. And, yes, Roosh wears v-necks everywhere. It's pretty much his clothing of choice when he's not suited up.

New details:

• Confrontation was with Paul/Andre, his gypsy stalker
• Didn't start violent, but escalated quickly
• Witnesses pointed to Roosh
• There were "serious injuries"
• Roosh is definitely being charged with something
  

In the chaos, Roosh's friend was able to come to the police station where he was able to snap that picture. You guys act like this happened in the US where jails work a certain way.

Hey man, its ok, we all got fooled on this one.

1. You can't take photos in prison.
2. Post Soviet Poland is not going to have pictures of Lenin in jail.
3. It's obviously a tourist attraction (see above links).
4. Roosh is not violent.
5. They joked about it on McQueen show.

Because all you're going on is a photo that's in a Berlin museum and not the fact that it was Tuthmosis himself who said he's been jailed.
