One note I want to add as a non-black guy who lately has exclusively gone for black girls:

Black girls might throw up a higher barrier when black guys try to bang them (as opposed to a white guy, Latin guy, or an Indian guy like yours truly), but they definitely open up to them more once they do start hooking up or dating. Banging black women isn't particularly difficult for me, but getting them to actually talk to me or open up in any way can be impossible. Even while hooking up with me, black girls will often be fairly quiet with me, and talk "white". but I've caught them around their black friends/boyfriends firing off in ebonics, acting as if they've known them their entire lives. This can be fairly annoying, since I'm starting to enjoy casual hookups less and less, and am actually tending towards a real relationship.

TLDR: Gaming black women can be fairly easy as a non-black guy, but actually developing a connection with them can be difficult. It's probably just because they're a lot more comfortable around other black people and have more to talk to them about.

I did a search and didn't find any mention of this, but a good place to meet attractive black girls might be through the National Brotherhood of Skiers. I ran into this group by accident once during a snowboard trip to Vail. They were having their annual summit at the resort that week and about 1,000 or more of their members were there. The membership is mostly upper-middle-class and upper class black people, including a few black celebrities.

Every night that week they sponsored several parties at different venues. Some of them were for older people and some had a younger crowd. Most of the parties were open for anyone to enter. The ones that weren't I just stood outside and usually within a few minutes a small group of black women or men would come up to me and ask if I needed a sponsor to enter. It was a really good time.

This was a few years ago so I don't know if the club is as popular as it used to be. It definitely doesn't draw the talent of hot black women as say, the parties around the NBA All-Star weekend, but it did have a lot of friendly black women.

I've been to an All-Star Weekend; the Black women you speak of range from fat careerists to cute hoodrats.

There's no such thing as "quality" at an event of that nature.

Everybody treats it like Vegas -- and we all know what happened when it actually was in Vegas.

Good looking out on the skiing though, that's more likely to bear fruit, at least in terms of quality.

This is an interesting topic because I have seen more of Black educated women dating down as opposed to dating equally -- it's easier for a woman to control a man when she hang over his head her superior level of finances and education. They don't seem to mind being "below" if the man higher than them is outside of their race/culture, but it's an interesting dynamic to say the least.

I have nothing against Black American women, but I'm more apt to end up with a Black woman who is not American; there's a part of me that feels like the American version as reached a point of no return, and I'm not interested in staring into the abyss.

Nothing wrong with that. I met my Nigerian-born girlfriend in college and I've been hooked on the darker chocolate ever since.

"Educated" African American have it "tough." It's because their brothers aren't achieving the same level of "education." This shouldn't be tough really.

No matter how they look, they always sound great.

Educated African American women have the best voices and speech patterns I've ever heard. They are the antithesis of ghettospeak and screechy white women.
