Hey man I'm in southern California, we had a major terrorist shooting here by an Muslim asshole with a beard and his wife.

Didn't deter me from my beard one bit. It shouldn't make you either.

I'm also brown and middle eastern/mexican looking also.

Team Beard with Team Chest Hair.

I've never banged or met a girl who didn't mind my chest hair.

Some bitches like stroking my beard, others just admire it.

But I've noticed girls online may drop in their description they love beards.

I've actually had girls open me online and in person about my beard.

I have a barber line me up every week or other week. I keep the length, I'm actually attempting to grow it out longer.

This, all the way. When I was younger I'd trim my chest hair, can't be bothered with that shit now. I think it's funny when my non hairy friends assume chicks don't like it. It just so happens they have no game.

Of course. Beards are "in" right now. That whole classic masculine look and "lumbersexual" trend is all the rage among millennials. Part of it is certainly biological as facial hair/body hair is a sign of healthy testosterone, but part of it is simply herd mentality. In 10-15 years most people will look back on this era in disgust just like we think how gay spikey gelled hair, frosted tips, and baggy clothes looked from the 90's.

I used to trim my chest hair just up until a few years ago. Never shaved it but would buzz it down so it wasn't so long. I had a few girls I dated confess their dislike for it and wished I would let it grow. Now the only thing I trim are my pubes.

I agree that fads usually look stupid in retrospect. Yes, the lumbersexual trend is fucking lame. So were frosted tips. But beards are timeless.

Poland's a bit different than SoCal though. Granted, nothing has happened in Poland, but most people here haven't seen many non-Poles (except in foreign media). I even find myself curious when I see someone who doesn't look Polish.

Nah man beards are beards, not high lights, not bleached hair, not spikes, etc.

Gents have been rocking that shit for centuries the big difference is, the average man who has a beard nowadays is a faggot, metrosexual hipster, who can't fucking change a tire let alone assemble premade ikea furniture.

If you have a beard, you best be a fucking man. I actually avoid plad buttons as much as I can to avoid the who lumbersexual look.

Yeah you either have a smooth chest or full bed of chest hair, in between just looks odd.

I actually waxed my chest once - NEVER again. I fucking broke out in white heads ALL over my chest.

I naired my chest ever now and then, now, I'd never do that, maybe touch it up ever so often.

The power of beards

Thousands of years ago, beards were seen as a sign that a boy had reached puberty, and was ready to father children, which is why girls will always have an inclination towards beards.

It has nothing to do with laziness. Some weeks I'm feeling a beard, others I'm not. If ya can't grow one, I apologize.

I can grow a full beard in about two weeks. If a woman on an online dating site says she likes beards, and I'm in her age demographic, it's almost guaranteed that I get a reply to an opening message or at least a profile visit if she sees that I hit her up.

Oh come on now, you can't be serious.

And if so, explain why it's weak and lazy ?

It takes patience and maintenance, I'm always getting it cleaned up so I don't look homeless.

Personally, I don't have the greatest strong jawline, I grow facial hair easily, and I look more intimidating and intense. I like that part especially.

It's not like I'm some hipster who suddenly had it, I've always had facial hair since I was 15-16. If you got something good, rock it.

I guess to each his own.

Beard haters are losers. A beard increases the attractiveness of just about any guy other there.

This coming from a guy that doesn't have a beard. No hate for my bearded bretheren.

And don't worry, those faux-alpha bearded hipsters that cant change their oil or do a proper deadlift will be cock blocked by their shitty game. Seen it happen time and time again. A beard doesn't make the beta go away.

I'm balding so I have my hair cut close. What are your thoughts on having a beard longer than the hair on your head? I have a full beard that grows in evenly. I'm not talking a huge beard and bald head, but like a #3 clippers on the beard and #1 on the head.

It's become cliche, but many bald guys look better with beards. Even a short-cropped beard or just a few days stubble can improve your look. I see a lot of guys with their balding heads cut almost, but not quite to the point of being clean shaven who also have beard stubble and they pull it off. A guy with a clean shaven face and scalp can look boring and nondescript, especially if he's fair skinned. And men with blonde hair shouldn't even think about clean-shaving both their head and face, but should always at least leave some trace of hair. It can make a difference between seeming healthy and looking like a cancer patient. Whatever you do, wear it confidently.

Brothas can pull this look off quite well.

I am a beard "hater". It signals that you are trend follower (even if you aren't). Also beard is essentially male make up. Therefor it's a god sent trend for guys with shit jaw/chin.

So yeah if you have good jaw/chin, then beard will make you look worse.

Example:

^ No point for him growing beard, because he has better jaw/chin than 99.5% men.

If your lower face is ugly, then by all means cover it up by beard.

I’ve been sporting the beard for about a year and a half now. It’s red, which some women seem to like. I do have a strong jaw line, so I sometimes wonder if I’d look better without it. Any strong jaw lined guys here have feedback about whether or not to sport the beard?

If you have strong jawline and angular face, then you're stupid for growing beard unless you don't like pussy.

Angularity and prominent jawline are key features of attractive male face.

Lol at the beard hate. No one is suggesting growing a Santa Claus beard or a mufti beard. If you have a beard at around the length Roosh has it you can still see your jaw shape clearly.

I've done both and I'm still not sure which works best for me in Asian countries. However if I'm in a country with white girls, I'll wear a beard without exception. I know for certain it gets a better response and there is nothing weak about my jawline.

@ComebackKid

That's a lot of beard hate.

I don't see how having a beard makes you a trend follower. Many guys have beards because they feel comfortable with it and it enhances their look.

Of course guys with angular features can look good in a beard. The difference between a bad and a good beard isn't angular features, but thickness and coverage (but don't go full beach bum). That basketball player has a good beard and I bet his overall style works great for him.

I've kept a well-groomed full beard since I was 18, about the same length as Roosh has. I don't think I'll ever shave.

If you have a weak jaw-line, and can grow a decent beard, it's beneficial. It ends up pronouncing your features for the better.

I do hate on neck beards though. Which is I think why people hate on beards. They assume everyone's rocking a full on hipster neck beard.

So we've come to bitches droppin' panties just because a dude has a beard?

That line of thinking is akin to Black guys who think they're going to get ass just because they have dreads.

We have all types of pussy boys rockin' beards and dreads these days.

Muscles have become ubiquitous as well, especially in tier one cities, you step into a club these days and most guys in there are going to be gym rats.

You have to focus on the shit that's really going to set you apart; dudes keep looking for cheat codes, when it's the same tried and true shit that beats the game.

I rock a full beard about once a month for a week just because im too lazy to shave. It seems to attract a different type of girl who prefers men with beards. Also I have a little gray in my beard and have had girls mention that they were attracted to me more because of the gray in my beard. These girls were younger too. Conversely I've never had a girl mention that they liked me more clean shaven or did not like my beard.
