My testosterone regimen

Fellas, I've gotten a lot of knowledge from this forum so I wanted to drop some myself. I've been experimenting with various natural testosterone regimens ever since I read the 4 Hour Body. Ferriss' protocol didn't do much for me, although I noticed some effects from cholesterol loading.

Since then I've tried a few herbal combos. Here's what I currently use:

Nettle Root
Bulbine
Vitamin D
Zinc

It's working great for me. I give these h0es multiple rounds on a regular basis for the first time in a long time and I get random woodies throughout the day, also for the first time in a long time. [Image: icon_razz.gif]

coincidentally, i've just picked up a copy of the 4 hour body, wasn't expecting such a massive book!
i've also experimented with different supplements, etc, but i can't say anything has worked for me on a consistent basis in improving my T-levels, so am thinking of increasing my zinc intake, as am only at about 20-25mg/day at the moment
haven't heard of bulbine, but i've recently starting taking nettle root as part of a daily men's multi vitamin, so we'll see if that yields any positive effects

Vitamin D 10,000 IU
Fermented Codfish Liver oil
Lots of red meat
Lots of eggs
Lots of lifting heavy
Lots of good deep sleep

I'm trying everything I can and still feel like I'm working up hill. Its been a long time since I felt that crazed must have sex feeling, or popped a spontaneous boner aside from morning wood. I'm 36.

Tested at low 400's, which is in the 'normal range' but I still wish were higher.

I may test my levels. I asked my doc to test me on my last check up but he said I didn't have any indications of low T so he couldn't bill my insurance for the test. I don't feel a need to pay for testing now, though.

Zinc, ACV, 6 eggs a day, some kinda meat after lifting.
I eat a lot of baked chicken and roast pork. Chase it with
a shot of ACV.

I'll be back in the states soon, and plan on a total lifestyle overhaul. I may get my T levels checked before and after to see if there is a difference. My numbers are probably high, as I drink, smoke, and party too much. I stay dehydrated, don't work out, get little sleep, but still can perform like a pornstar.

does the type of zinc matter? I take an ON multi that has zinc citrate (30mg). My buddy takes Musclepharm ZMA that has zinc as monomethionine and aspartate (7.5mg).

Also, I've heard that taking too much zinc is bad. Can anybody elaborate?

Get your vitamin d levels in between 50-80
Take zinc 50mg a day
Take Magnesium 500mg a day
Eat grass fed beef. Avoid sugar and processed grains.
Have raw sex more.
Don't ejaculate every time.
Sleep 8 hrs plus a night.

Take tribulus.
Take 5-8 tbs of evoo a day.
Lift heavy. Pull ups, dips, squats, dead lifts, presses.
Take cold showers.
Eat deer ball soup.
Choke a bitch.

I just got tested at 420. Isn't that pretty low for being 28? I do feel fatigued and tired a lot, but my sex drive is still high.

Has anyone done any before/after testing to see the actual increase from all these natural methods?

Anyone messed with HRT even if they weren't technically below the "normal" limit?

I can attest to choking a bitch. I'd also add anal. When I fucked my last notch for the first time I started choking her, she begged for more and I stuck it in her ass. Switched into primal caveman beast mode felt like pounding my chest jumping out the window and screaming while I flipped over a car.

Other than that I do the similar stuff as you guys. You guys ever find yourself getting 'roid rage' even though you're not on roids. A few weeks after.I started zinc, eating more and lifting heavier I've been on a super short fuse. I freaked out and started yelling when I dropped a bit of my food. Had to seriously restrain punching some "how many sets you have left bro" in the face when he said 'reallyyy' to me having 5 sets of squats left.

Yes, although I had been drinking ketel one the other night I ripped off someone's side mirror on their car and threw it on a roof than kicked my friends door down. So yeah, I have been raging without taking roids. I also talk very loud and direct to people when they piss me off.

I tested at 435 before going on protocol. Getting re tested the 12th. Will let you know. Going to post pics probably too.

if you're young you only want HRT as a last resort because it WILL shut off your body's own test production (and the cascade of events that happen because of it) and you'll have to be injecting testosterone for the rest of your life (or until you want to get off).

400 is low for upper 20s. IIRC 500-700 is kinda normal for that age depending on race, exercise regime, and all sorts of crazy shit.

testosterone is formed from cholesterol, so its important you're getting enough cholesterol too.

Hot showers are bad for test? Are you taking cold showers? I was thinking about switching to cold showers to look younger - heard hot water ages your skin. But if it helps test that is a big incentive.

yep, its counter intuitive but has been great for me. I find it hard to stick with in winter though.

The extra upside is that you feel warm after you get out of the shower and feel like punching someone in the face at 7:10 am like yelling "I just shot ice water on my skin on purpose! fuck your fucking "not awake until I have coffee" bullshit" at coworkers. It will motivate you to quit your job.
