Equipoise: 200mg/EOD

Arimidex: 1mg/EOD

Week 9-16

Test-Prop: 200mg/EOD

I too have tried out Ferriss's regime in the 4HB. I didn't have too much success with it.

One thing I did take away from 4HB: cold showers. So I began experimenting with cold showers. Bam, my sex drive increased dramatically. I went from having sex three times a week to everyday.

I also suffered a little bit from soft erections, especially with new girls and using condoms. The cold shower miraculously cured this embarrassing condition.

I will add that I supplement with Vitamin D, Selenium, and Optizinc.

I have a gf that I'm exclusive with, and right now we're apart for two weeks. What to do to reduce the pussy cravings? That's right, take hot showers.

Not only do cold showers represent an easy way to increase libido and stronger erections, it accelerates fat loss and improves immunity.

Every guy on this forum suffering from low libido and/or ED should give cold showers a try.

How to go about doing it? Start with a hot shower and shampoo with the hot water warming you. For some reason your mind can mentally deal with cold showers if the body's warmed up first. Wash shampoo out, then turn to cold. Apply conditioner, then use soap. Have the cold water fall mostly on your nether region. I shave in the shower and thus have the the cold water fall on me while I shave.

I cant handle cold showers (I shower with cool water) but I do go out running with a tank & shorts (its 30-50 deg outside). I agree that cold showers and cold weather in general helps increase libido & test and aids in fat loss.

God, I love hot showers. I do think I need to try cold showers though. It is going to be tough since I tend to enjoy warm showers but oh well. I used to do cold showers after going to the beach and using the water at the beach entrance as a kid in Florida. I can do the same as a grown man.

My skin has actually improved over the last year. I don't know if it's because I'm getting older, my supplement regimen, or the cold showers. I definitely have not noticed oilier skin though.

Has anybody started taking cold showers? What's your experience? Follow my advice to make it a little easier.

Cold showers are grand things with tons of benefits, I took them everyday when I was in the Philippines an loved the way it made me feel. Altho I can not for the life of me force myself to take them here in the winter in the USA

I'm on the cold shower routine, even up here with the Great Lakes winters. I'm to the point that I look forward to it in the mornings. Only time I take warm showers is after sweaty workouts when I feel like I need to open and cleAn out myy pores.

After I work out I can jump in an take a warm shower an finish it with like 1 minute of cold water. Thats it tho, on normal cold ass days I cant even force myself to do that.

Do not take supplements without understanding whether your system really needs them in the first position. And with the wide range of products and ads we get flooded with on tv, it’s difficult to distinguish the excellent ones from the bad. It’s best to do your analysis before using any supplement and analyse its substances in details so you know what exactly is exactly going on! That is what I’ve been doing. I’ve been trying to look for a efficient androgenic hormone or testosterone enhancer which does not have adverse reactions.

Few things I would add:

- Careful of OVERtraining...this lowers T

- Go places with a lot of hot chicks...obviously increases bonericiousness

- Travel (this is broscience I'll admit - my feeling is that traveling flips some sort of evolutionary switch of "inseminate fertile wenches in new lands and diversify the gene pool." Stands to reason but who knows.)

- Get plenty of sunlight. Vitamin D supps are a good substitute but direct sunlight is better.

- Reduce/limit stress. Too much stress will jack up your T levels. Working on your business = eustress. Working for a d-bag boss = distress.

- Limit exposure to environmental estrogen like compounds. Plastics, perfumes, deodorants, soy, BPA, etc

Keeping your skin and teeth and hair looking good is a very unimportant task as far as your body's concerned. When those resources are diverted to flushing toxins out of your body, guess what gets forgotten about?

When I cut back from drinking 3+ nights per week down to 0-1, a couple girls I hadn't seen in over a year (separately) asked me if I had gotten a face lift. LOL. Same goes for smoking.
