I get my testosterone shot again later this week. Every three weeks I get the shot in the ass. I'm going to ask the urologist if he can give me a zinc shot as well and see if I notice the difference. When I don't get my testosterone shots I definitely feel the difference; more lethargic, lower sex drive, not quite as peppy.

The urologist is one of, if not the best in Thailand so I trust his judgement. He says three weeks is the best period of time for absorption. Not only this, I'm going to assume the cost will triple if I'm doing it weekly. Doing it every three weeks works out to about $10 a week.

I've asked him about taking pills as opposed to shots, shots are best. Asked him about taking one shot per 3 months in case I'm off on a trip or some expedition...even here in Thailand the costs is something like $400 as opposed to $120. I'll check on the dosage again, he told me once but I don't remember. Been doing this for about three years now. I'll go on Friday or Saturday and try to find everything out.

Wanted to get some thoughts and feedback on my health/ test regimen.

Here is what I do...

Lift 4-6 times per week.

Sleep 7 hours...

1/2 hot, 1/2 cold shower

630- Breakfast

Juice (1 apples, 2-3 carrots, 1 slice of pineapple, 1/2-1 beet, 4-6 kale w/ stalks, 1/2 in of ginger root, 1/2 pomegranate)
3 eggs, scrambled
Cocoa covered almonds

1030- snack

Bagel w/ cream cheese
Ortho Care Multi (just ordered, can you take all at once?)

130- Lunch (after lift)

Ham sandwich, apple, broccoli
Green Pasture Cod Liver Oil X2 / Tribulus X2

430- snack

Granola bar
ACV + water

630-7-ish Dinner

Healthy dinner, varies

Dude, red meat isn't going to give you type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is largely a disease of lifestyle (ex. sedentary, eat lots of crap food, be stressed out, fu*k up your insulin sensitivity, poor sleep, etc.). Eat good quality meat (grassfed/pastured, antibiotic/hormone free), plenty of veggies, avoid sugar and stay hydrated, plus exercise. Now your risk of getting type 2 diabetes is basically zero.

whether or not your doctor is a top doctor in thailand, he is dead wrong.

he is also a urologist not a endocrinologist.

it is indisputable fact that the impact of test cypionate rises and falls over periods of time after injection.

it is widely, WIDLEY accepted (think american association of clinical endocrinologists) that once a week at MINIMUM is the best way to keep stable levels and minimize side effects.

amongst the bodybuilding community, where science is much farther ahead than "real" doctors, dosing every three days with cyp is thought to be ideal.

I suggest this poster obtain his own test and do the shots himself.

Got my testosterone checked and I was at 378. I am 33 years old. Told the doc I wanted some test so he gave me a script for 200ml of the oil to shoot in my ass every 10 days. Went to the pharmacy to get my script filled and no pharmacy in my home town carries testosterone. I was just in town visiting and saw my old family doc to get the test. I am back in a bigger city now so hopefully I can find a pharmacy around here that carries it.

Gonna try the docs doses at first, but I am open to trying a higher doses to really get the benefits of having higher test levels. I don't wanna have to do all this shit just to feel normal. If I am getting a needle in my ass ever 10 days I want to feel above normal if you know what I am saying.

you will definitely notice a big difference. that should take you to well over 900 or 1000

then figure what you want to do after that. but give it six weeks

and if i were you, i'd do 100 every 5 days if he said 200 every 10

If this is actually what you stick to its nice. I would recommend cutting the bagel they are just dead calorie carb bombs. if you could replace it with some lean red meat it would be good. Would flag the ham sanga aswell but i understand some of this has to be done out of convenience.

I have no moral qualms with gear or trt but the sentiment that everyone is juicing or needs to be, is getting a little out of hand on this board. The fact is that is you are a healthy <50 year old male, low testosterone should not be concern. If it is, than you have 1.) shit diet, 2.) your bodyfat is way to high, 3.) some form of hypogonadism

There is a very positive correlation between tlevels and low body-fat(obvious low single digits is another story). Considering the average American is sporting 25%+ bodyfat, it is no surprise that men today have far lower test levels than their grandfathers. Just lowering the bf would do wonders for most guys tlevels.

On the flip side, the skinny guys with low test are are most likely not eating enough. If you are eating 1500 calories a day, your body will shut down hormone product.

If you are not in any of the above categories and have low t, than you have genetic/or steroid-induced hypogonadism and trt is really your only option.

Anyways, I dont think trt is something that should be taken lightly as I would personally hate to have to inject myself for the rest of my life. Something about carrying my masculinity in a little glass bottle doesn't appeal to me either...

tired
lethargic
depressed-ish
felt like i was walking around with a three hundred pound cloak on
no sex drive, none
decreased erections strength
not even nocturnal erections
general BLAH
problems cutting fat even at major caloric deficit
problems adding muscle even at caloric surplus with excellent program

once i get the shots going, about six weeks later it all changed

energy up
sex drive up
fat melt off
muscle build up
positivity back
hard ons at night
harder hard ons

over time Estrogen built up in my system though and now i'm also on an aromatase inhibitor daily, no big deal, keeps things in check

100 ML every 5 days will have you feeling like brand new in 6 weeks bud, no doubt about it.

downsides:

shooting self with needle (get over that quickly)
$$ - but its cheap as shit
shrunken nuts
(for me anyway) decreased seminal volume

this last one is the one that gives me the most heart ache, but you can fix that also by using HcG. it also swells the nuts back up

there is a protocol advocated all over which is

100 mg test cyp /week
.5 arimidex e3d
250 iu hcg e3d

that'll keep you feeling great, estro down and balls swollen

for me, HcG caused too much bloat (like 8-10lbs) and i skipped it. i've made peace with my diminished loads. no one but my main girl has even noticed and she doesn't care at all.

i'm the only one that missed shooting gobs of semen on bitches faces
