Thanks. Club copacabana is one block away from where I am staying. I will definitley check it out. Right now, I am planning on atttending a bunch of meet up events while there. Are there any other clubs near by that anyone can reconmend. I am kicking myself a bit bc I only booked for Mon to Fri -- I have to leave Montreal and catch the bus 5pm on Fri. I am missing Fri and Sat night. It is too late to make any changes now! So really I have only mon to thurs to check out montreal.

I've been in tha game for about 2 1/2 and focusing only on Daygaming (especially the direct Street Game style, and it works in TO guys!!!) Trying to become better all around, and even though EVERYONE confirmed that TO is TERRIBLE, I'd like to start gaming at night. So if any one of you Intermediate TO RVF members would like a wing, I'd be happy to go out once a week to test myself out and see where I'm at.

I would say that clubs are really for practise -- it gives good lessons on rejection and social circles. Hence best not to except too much from clubs. Then you go out in the real world to put your skills to test.
man, toronto seems to have a bad rep almost everywhere I read
never been there myself but it seems that it is the opposite of montreal (which is apparently a good city)

Luckily I have been able to extend my stay in montreal for Friday also. So I am now leaving this mon feb 18 and returning sat feb 23rd. There is salsa and mingling party happening Friday night at Karinas Club Lounge on 1455 Cresent st - which I will likely check out. Anyone know if it is a good club?
Btw, personally for me, my goal now is to travel as much as I can and get out of this soul destroying city. TO women require serious work -- the risk /reward is way out of wack. And they are messed up. Sorry to be so pesimistic -- but it is also important to be realistic too. I haven't totally given up on TO -- I am still stuck here for likely a while. So I will keep on putting in the effort -- but I do not expect anything.

I heard a lot of the good looks factor has to do with Montreal being influenced by the French while Toronto has a lot more British descendants. Any word on that?

Thanks to Meetup.com, I have got almost every night booked while in Montreal. There are tons of things going on. Meetup.com is really a saviour in that sense. However, I also want to check out the clubs -- which i will likely have to do on my own. My hotel is right at the corner of Sherbrooke and Peel -- which I think is pretty good area for clubs. If you guys can reconmend some down to earth clubs to check out, that would be appreciated.

Third night in Montreal -- and so far pretty good. Last night I was at this club called Grumpy's. Two girls sitting next to me at the bar. I made a rose out of a napkin --pretty easy to do and looks cool -- and gave it to one of the girls. Broke the ice and we talked -- but then they left. Big snow storm last night also. I Have been to a a few meet up events -- and did some interesting things -- scottish dancing last night - was pretty good --learned Miss Gibson'd Statospey - well known scottish dance. Was fun -- but everyone just goes home after. Fact is Montreal is not that easy for girls. But I am very much enjoying way time out of TO --big time. GOing to another club tonight -- my hotel is amazzing -- two minutes from Mcguil university -- which I have been checking out -- went to see a film there last night from a film club.
One thing -- is Montreal men -- seem to be quite friendly -- which has been pretty good. They just open up and start talking. So I have made some acqauintances with some guys which has been pretty good. TO men are also mostly messed up and very uptight --like myself -- can't blame them though --just how it is.
All in all, I am really enjoying my time here so far. Still have a few more days -- hopefully will get some success with women -- but the way its looking so far -- not so easy.

The French vs English thing is true. Toronto's "old stock" we're the prude and conserves that did not like the radicals whom made home in America. You see a lot of the frumpy WASPY girls here which I never noticed out west. I dated a girl whom is Brtish-Canadian and she was sexy and fair skinned when we dated but now looks frumpy and beat like a extra from Coronation Street. I was delusional in my Beta days that I would marry that broad too! Fuck sakes.
In Quebec the French where more eager to pro-create abs they mingled quite a bit with the local Aboriginal peoples and has given many Québécois French people great features that make them look a bit different then French nationals.
The farther West you go Ukraine and German roots dominate. Hardly many old stock British-Canadians where I grew up - tons of The groups I mentioned. With Irish, Hungarians, Scotts, and Greeks in decent numbers too.

Good points to consider. But there is that something 'myserious extra' which occurred which somehow created deformity in the mental TO feminine landscape. i cannot figure it out --some very odd conservative, superior pussy complex triggered -- if anyone can explain that cause in a reasonable logical way, --it would help create some clearity for sure.
Btw, being in Montreal - I am beginning to see a direct correlation between game and weather. The more cold, the less effective is game it so far seems.

I discovered an amazzing club called Cavalli's tonight known for its thurs night club scene. I highly reconmend this place on Peel, near Sherbrooke. Here is a review. Friendly as can be -- very glad I went. No cover charge either.

Captain GH,
I never had problems getting numbers. Getting numbers in North America is as easy as pissing the bed when you are drunk. For me to understand game is working, is when you ARE fcuking these lizards on a consistent basis.
Everything else is just a cocktease and just 101 of attention whoring.
Not trying to throw salt, I'm just keeping it real in the rooshsphere.

I don't even take numbers if I get the vibe the broad is toying with me. Numbers are such a non-thing many girls just use is a cop-out to eject without any awkward feelings/moments. Women will always try to duck and cover from moments of conflict - passive-aggressive till the day they die, and will use that '#' as a eject seat quite a bit. You can tell when a girl is supper eager and legit about a meetup - but is 100% deadest to quick sex/ons - because more times then not (90% of the time) a make out we proceed the rush of energy to secure sometime of line of communication. Only if I have had a long standing, long winded conversation in which it was pretty much a de-facto date can I see the number thing leading to that but that has been long and few for me. I guess successful Daygame does in hopefully leading to these types of situations, but if things are falling into place *to easy* I get red-flags. That is what Toronto has done to a players mind when your game is working your waiting for a Candid Camera to come out and tell you its all a joke. If she is just tryna give me the digits and no type of attraction physically has been set I simply tell her I am not interested and tell her to have a nice night. This always goofs them up but it shows their true hand as they are eager to eject and show no real nagging disappointment in you not showing interest.

Back in the TO trenches. Montreal is a nice change, and a nice place to live - but it is not a players paradise. Far from it.
