Check 145Mulberry.com It's about 1.5-2 blocks off where you want to be but the prices for what you get are best value hands down. Nothing in the Bowery buildings right now. As I'm sure you know you'll have to book these places way in advance because the demand is outrageous. The penthouses at 145 Mulberry have terraces...you should be ruling lower Manhattan in a week. 1BR (650-700sqft) should go for $4000-5000 and 2BR in the $6500 range (and up of course...depends on what floor). Some have private balconies. Outdoor space in NYC is clutch...unlike BsAs where everyone has a balcony...keep this in mind.

Only problem is you're in the middle of Little Italy tourist hell. Still, it's an unbeatable value, and, again, only 1.5-2 blocks from everywhere you want to be. I lived in a loft on Grand between Mott/Mulberry for two years and got to know the neighborhood and old school Italians really well.

Edit...should also be able to get those Mulberry apartments no-fee. The furnishings and finishes are certainly not top notch but they're passable enough. A lot of the airbnb apartments are pretty brutal on that front.

I go to East Hampton / South Hampton a lot.

It's a very closed scene. Very social circle oriented and most young girls are either staying at a friend's house or at their parents' house. Logistics are a bitch and anti-slut defenses are even higher. Slight older girls sometimes stay in share-houses that they rent short-term with their girlfriends. My inkling is that these would be the easiest ones to go for.

This is hardly a proper data sheet. However, now that I am in the tri-state again I'll try to give some input that might be useful.

1. Weekends at the park. You've heard of Union Square. Now there's Sheep Meadow in Central Park. You can get to it from the Central Park West and 66th. I was there on a nice Saturday and there are definitely mad people discreetly boozing up and picnicking, throwing football, frisbee, getting sun and just hanging out. If you bring a couple people, some wine, a ball and just happen to bump into people and toss a little ball. Then maybe keep it going into the evening. There are some serious possibilities here. There are good-looking people, some families, so it's a chill vibe and there's an amazing view of Midtown.



2. Midtown West/9th Ave/43-45- There are a lot of restaurants around so on a Saturday at like 11pm tipsy people are wandering around. I was at Etc Etc (nothing really going on there) and after dinner I ran into a lot of drunk people just around, going to bars. Didn't really notice the quality but the vibe was very social. I'm sure if you grab a bite or a drink and observe, there's a lot of action and possibilities for things to happen.

3. ThunderrrJacksonsss- I went to Thunder Jackson's, which apparently is a fratty bar but they had huge beers for cheap. I went on a Thursday and there were some people from Tampa with a bunch of dudes some drunk ass black guys and some young ass girls with attitude for no reason but that they were like 19. I don't recommend it at all the music was random buttt there is a lot of cheap alcohol flowing and tourists so I try to be the optimist and say if you are in the neighborhood i'd give a pick and find a bitch that will chug 32oz of vodka and cranberry. HUGE styrofoam cups of liquor.

@gmanifesto, i can name some more spots, take it with a grain of salt since i haven't lived there in a few years.

A great spot for daygaming, near Pier 40 on the west side, there's an outdoors bike/running path, always talent going by there in the summer.

There used to be a series of latin-themed parties, would happen about once a month in different spots. Anyone on here know if that's still happening? Shamrock maybe?

Way back in the day i used to take girls to one of them Japanese places with kobe beef, and the grill at your table, maybe Gyu Kiku?. Went to NYU bars. There are beautiful girls running around everywhere and most guys don't even approach or escalate, let alone spit well. If you have tight game, NYC is a great place to live.

BTW I'm poor, average height, not particularly good looking. But, I dress well, have tight game, and escalate quickly. The girl I pulled was beautiful, slim, feminine, college-aged, had southern charm, and we went back to her hotel. Shitty logistics too, as she was visiting with a friend. I am new to game (read "Bang" two months ago) and I have lived in NYC since June 2011. NYC is a goldmine of diversity, cultural/racial diversity and diversity of background. There are so many fly nurses, fashionistas, actresses, students, etc. that you are creative you are likely to meet some unbelievable women. It is one of the best places to meet Caribbean, Asian, and Latina women.

My tips for NYC (keep in mind that I am a 23 year old not making a ton of money yet):

1. Avoid clubs, stick to bars. The girls in clubs tend to roll in packs and are hit on all night by losers in graphic tees and hair gel who furiously buy them drinks. Not my scene.
2. Pregame in dive bars. I take advantage of the cheap beers and shots at dive bars, which tend to have more character. These are also good places to meet girls who are also pregaming and tend to be down to earth. Off the top of my head: Whiskey Rebel, Whiskey Town, Down the Hatch, Alligator Lounge.
3. The highest concentration of beautiful women in high heels and butt-hugging tiny dresses is Meatpacking - I suggest starting at Brass Monkey and moving to Bar 675 where there is no cover.
4. The West Village can be good for less status-inclined, more down to earth women. I recently had an unbelievable night at 116 MacDougal (MacDougal/West 3rd St) where I grabbed a fly, BK Dominican nurse's number right in front of her brother (now banging her), then had a chick begging to give me her number after using Roosh's "I live off the land" line to her lame "What do you do" question (she was slightly overweight/homely so I deleted the number), and took home a rail-thin British black chick who I am still banging.
5. The LES/East Village is the best value and this is where hordes of 20-30 year olds flock to at night. I suggest R Bar (Bowery/Rivington) but only on Saturday night (for some reason it sucks on Friday night). Sola's (9th St/2nd Ave) is my go to venue change because they always have a good dance floor, so I will take my chick there to dance and get her in the mood.
6. I have had luck going for exotic looking girls at the bar. Besides taking advantage of the "novelty factor", I think this is because the vast majority of New Yorkers have no game so they are likely to only hit on the most generic white American girls in the bars/clubs. These girls will respect your confidence and your initiative will build instant credibility.
7. New York is trendy so you want to stand out. Make sure your shirts fit. If you are in Meatpacking, overdress a little because a lot of guys are wearing distressed jeans, t-shirts, graphic tees. If you go out to a preppy place wear a plaid shirt and jeans. If you are going to a hipster place then wear white pants and a button down, et cetera.
8. A fun spot to go try to game rich WASPY or Jewish girls is Dorian's in the Upper East Side. These girls are usually fresh out of college and their Daddy is putting them up in an apartment in the UES. They are usually better looking than typical Americans because of their good breeding and they respond well to typical alpha game - being unimpressed with them, being aggressive, treating them like a joke. Roosh's "personal space" line worked like a charm at this bar on a crazy JAP NYU student.
9. I have a serious case of jungle fever and there are a large number of well-educated, very sweet, and feminine Caribbean women in the city. These women are absolutely vicious in the sack. I might take some shit for this but I have had success picking them up from Craigslist and OkCupid, because they are simply too difficult to find in the wild. Also, I relied on this method before I read "Bang" and started getting my act together. Met a Jamaican chick with an unbelievable figure, 5'9" with DDs, tight waist, well-proportioned ass, etc, insatiable sexual appetite on CL. Also on CL I met a Trinidadian, half black half Indian nursing student, unbelievable figure, insatiable sexual appetite as well.

I got eyed by several girls there the last time I went, and it was in February. I brought one of my grad school buddies along with and he couldn't believe the quality there as well. I'd say the average girl there is a 6.5-7 with plenty of higher quality girls present. If you have reasonably tight game you can kill this place. They have pool tables and ping pong tables where you can really do some damage.

G the standard hotel is again similar to the meatpacking/Los Angeles/Marina in SF scene.

The place has strip bingo on Sundays and if you get the know the staff they are amazingly party friendly. Issue is they don't do shit on the job, the doormen basically make $100K to sit there and smoke and be good looking. Kind of a joke. The girls that work there are also all down to hook up and definitely "get around"
