Sex Crisis In Japan

Ok, it's one thing to NOT want to have kids, but there is no need to stop having sex with the excuse you do not want kids. Condoms and countless other birth control means are available today to prevent pregnancy.

This is a bigger issue than wanting to have kids or not.

I don't want to have kids either, but you bet your life I want to fuck 4x per day, every day.

These guys are just tired of rejection and game. Which brings up a question: Is it that HARD to get laid in Japan? I thought Japan would be easy to get sex because Japanese are natural freaks?

I haven't been to Japan but have met plenty of cats who have. Apparently Japanese girls are the same as American girls in one respect - once you have the key knowledge for fucking them, getting bangs is somewhat automatic. Roosh has a similar line talking to Karl about American women, in the Medellin Diaries posts.

I guess Japanese males are like American betas, either they don't know about game, are going about it all wrong, or have simply given up.

Fascinating video! I'm curious to know more about the sexual culture of Japan. I know some of you guys in the forum have lived there and could offer some insights. I never had any idea it would be extremely tough there for men given how much sexual fetish is a part of Japanese culture. My impression of Japanese women was that they are sexually liberal and DTF compared to other NE Asian women.

So what's going on there? Is it that the westernization of Japan has brought about extreme hypergamy from the women? The numbers for Japanese women in the workforce is similar to the West, so perhaps you are seeing parallel trends between Japanese and Western women. Now when you throw in the fact that Japanese men have a much higher percentage of betas, omegas and otaku, the effect would be much more devastating for them than for Western countries.

I was always under the impression that beta men were more accepted in Japan and the east in general.

I think the reporter in the video was being one-sided in that he was only chastising the men for not stepping up to the plate, but I'm sure the women deserve blame as well and he didn't touch on that side of it.

They are far worse than American betas.

Time to crack out my Pimsleur Japanese course. Unless they are putting something in the food to lower sex drive, these folks (girls and guys) must have some SERIOUS pent up sexual frustration.

I'm reading a book called "Black Passenger, Yellow Cabs" by Stefhen F. Bryan. Its about a Jamaican man who travels to Japan in the year 2000 (he still lives there primarily I believe, though he's in the USA right now) and talks all about the dating culture there and his sexual exploits. He is a self confessed sex addict with yellow fever since childhood.

To sum it up, the dude killed it over there.

His conclusions from what I've read so far (I'm about three quarters of the way through the book) fit precisely with what you're saying: he had very fertile ground to prowl for women. There were a couple of big reasons for this. Firstly, Japanese men ignore girls who are over 25 years old and single, who are single moms, or who have any thickness at all (curvy Beyonce-type physiques = obese in Japan). This isn't like america where significantly overweight or obese 35 year olds insist that they have many options and are fantastic catches-in Japan, these women are what Bryan called "untouchables". There are a lot of them, and they are very sexually frustrated.

Secondly, Japanese men apparently are either herbivores who don't care much for girls or dull guys who don't feel the need to pleasure them much in bed. This leads to absurdly high rates of virginity even among older women, and a lot of married women put up ads looking for some side action. Again, an abundance of sexual frustration.

Bryan describes a nation of men who very rarely last long in bed and aren't all that good at stroking it right, which Bryan concludes allowed him to easily leave a hugely positive impression on J-Girls (you can see this lack of stroke in a lot of Japanese porn-even their pornstars don't appear particularly skilled or well endowed, which says something). Many of the women told him that they'd simply never known sex could be that pleasurable-mind you, these are attractive women, often in the 27-32 year range who are saying this. As you can imagine, he had trouble getting rid of many of them. Dude dealt with something like a dozen abortions as well.

I highly recommend this book for anyone thinking about Japan. It is seriously a must buy. You can find the ebook right here, and it isn't pricey ($8.95). The information and insight is invaluable.

I second that. Vacancier strongly recommended for me to read it and when I did read it, the Jamaican cat very aptly broke down the Japanese slay culture accurately.
I'm not big on Asian lizards but, boy, if you thought Americans were beta, according to Stefen, Japanese are on another level.
Plus because they smoke and drink a lot, their sex drive is in the toilet.

I can second this book as well. I have the ebook, dude goes IN on Japanese culture and women as well. Highly-recommended if you ever plan on spending any time in Japan.

The book is very well written and very intriguing. Again, a must-read if you're planning on spending an extended amount of time in Japan.

Also, if you plan on going, learn Japanese.

Japan is an extremely unique place with a very unique history (thanks to its historic isolation). Knowing this, I'd say the answer to your question is no. There may be similarities here and there for sure, but don't assume this is a one-size-fits-all type of deal. Not all East Asians are alike.

Don't fear this outcome too much-it is not going to happen. The Japanese population decline will be extensive (perhaps up to a third or more), but eventually it will level off. Just like obesity rate increase and population growth, trends like this cannot continue into perpetuity.

In terms of whether this book can be applicable to other Asians, not entirely but I think there are strong enough similarities where one can use it as a baseline to operate from.
For instance, I personally feel that one can use that to tackle Koreans, Thai, Cambodians, Viets and possibly pinays.

I have dated an Asian lizard before (she was not Japanese) and I noticed certain things about her and her peeps that I found different to lizards of other cultures and when I read this book, it confirmed my private conclusions.

Sex Crisis In Japan

It funny to sit back and listen to all the speculation from guys trying to put conclusions down that were gathered from a book, some videos, and the internet.

There is nothing like Japan. Anywhere. It cant be compared to any other place in Asia, because there in no place to compare it to.

One thing that must be kept in mind is the shear size of Tokyo. I say Tokyo, because make no mistake, it is the centre of 90% of all things in Japan.

I could break down some stories of spending time in the mountains of Japan, where I assure you, the men are not "beta herbivores"

The information that is being referenced here is also a bit dated. The first time I went to Japan (10 years ago) to the most recent (April 2011) there is a significant difference in culture. To see what I mean, dig up American Youtube videos from 2002. You will understand how quickly things change.

Back in 2002- 2006 was an interesting time in Japan. Gaijin still had some exotic appeal and those that were there at the ground zero happened to be what were called Japanophiles. Mostly nerdy types that were into Japanese history, anime, and living out some fantasy like in the Shogun novels. But as more foreigners moved into Tokyo to take advantage of the emerging Asian markets (China, Korea, Taiwan), the Japanese women realized they could get a better quality man, that not all white guys were Johnny Depp, and that they had an amazing market value compared to foreign women. Things changed.

I have mostly been a spectator through all of this. I admit it. I have never lived in Japan, but in some years I would spend almost 3 months a year there. I have a LOT of contacts and friends there, some Japanese, some Western. So I am pretty sure that my observations are not too far off.

The herbivore thing was pretty big news when I was in Tokyo this spring. Of course its true, but you would have to look pretty hard to find these guys. You will probably not even know they are there. Tokyo is a busy city, these herb guys just do not make even a ripple on the surface of what Tokyo is.

If anyone here thinks Japanese men are giving up, I urge you to check out Shibuya, Roppongi, Shinjuku or Ikebukuro and tell me that there is no sex going down in Japan.

Like anything, a bunch of people fail to adapt to a changing world, fall through the cracks and are left behind.
