^ So ideally, if one wants to "break through" to ketosis, should they go paleo (20g) and stop working out for 2 weeks (something I do occasionally, especially when on travel), then once their bodies have adapted to burning fat instead of (xyz) regularly, would putting yourself back on weights+carbs after the 2 weeks (150g) keep the momentum going?
