Just had a girl try calling me that I had hung out with from CS about 2 months ago.
The one time we hung out I got her back to my place and made out. She was your typical american college girl. She bailed on hanging out a second time with a lame excuse and I decided not to pursue anymore.
Out of the blue I get a call from her on NYE. I decided not pick it up.
What would you guys have done? She had sent me a snapchat earlier as well but I didn't want to open it.
Edit: My guess is she is drunk dialing/attention whoring so I didn't want to give her the satisfaction.

Happy new years fellas.
Wound up going to that VIP lounge, drank off of some '05 Cristal. Shit is overrated and I think they charge like $600 per bottle.
Had a glass and a half and bounced. Place was packed with rich persians dancing to dubstep. Total shitshow.
On my way back to my car I passed a homeless person sleeping on a bus stop bench. I thought about the venue I just left, thought about the people inside I saw, thought about the velvet rope and the photobooth, the booze and partiers. Thought about that bum, doubled back, pulled out a 20 out of my wallet and tucked it behind their head.
Gonna start this year off right.

Here I prefer to work for New Years. Basically, my options boil down to: 1) spend $90 to get into a spot. It won't be as fun as the typical Saturday night in high season because most of your friends won't be at the spot you choose, it will be way more expensive, more cocks, and more tourists. Or 2) I can make money off all the people who come here who have so much money they don't know what to do with it. Tonight I made $350 instead of spent $350.
My friends dad used to own a ridiculous mansion here with a movie theatre and all. He threw one of the most banging (lingerie) parties I've ever been to on New Years. He got screwed on a big business deal and had to sell it. If that was still going on, I would have tried my hardest to get New Years off. This year I was hoping I got night shift, and I did.
I did however come home at 3:30 and make my own after party once I got off. Just me and the roomies and some booze. We all worked until 2.
Happy New Years y'all. 2013 was lots of highs and lows for me, but it made me feel alive. Much prosperity to you fellas!

brought a girl home last night from a new years party and she just took a cab home. wasn't just any party though: a group of my friends rented out a local lounge and stacked it with people we knew---about 100 of us. made getting laid a lot easier as everyone was, at most, three degrees of separation. as for the notch---about 5'9, huge titties and ass, decent face--some fat around the middle but not enough to bother me. not a bad fallback situation seeing as my two regulars are away for the holiday (one at a tropical getaway with her folks and the other in Switzerland).
2013 was a solid year---I left my 20s behind, made substantial gains in my career, advanced my emotional health and stepped up the Game something fierce. Inevitable highs and lows aside, I'm thinking 2014 can only be better.
Happy New Year RVF!

I haven't seen a new thread for this year and thought this might be interesting to revisit.
Honestly hate dealing with all the idiots on NYE, so I'll be staying in to organize some things for the new year. After an interesting 2014 that started with my game at a high level and is ending with me trying to get that back after a LTR, I'd rather focus on being locked in going forward.
I purchased my first custom suit last week and have three women lined up for the weekend, so feel like a corner is about to be turned.
What are your plans this evening?

Thanks for starting this thread, Tuthmosis. I was about to feel depressed that I'm spending NYE alone, but your thread made me realize that I don't need to feel bad at all.

Going to a house party tonight. It will cost me around $40 for taking some booze and food with me (which is still relatively cheap going to a club or something and paying insane prices). I am okay with that, I can drink, chill with friends, and sleepover to not risk a DUI.
Happy New Year RVF. I can't wait for 2015, I am focused and ready to go.

Yes please let's none of us get DUIs guys. I'm worried about myself here too ofcourse. Don't take your cars out...you'll be tempted to drive it when you're 12 drinks deep and need an adventure to score with that 7.

Staying in. My views echo Tut's original post and given the fact it's about 10 degrees here I have no intention of going downtown to deal with the cold and the drunk drivers all over the place.

This year I am doing the table at club/lounge thing, actually a pretty dope venue in DC. Small group of people. BMOP (bringing my own pussy) to this shindig, so no worries about hooking up at the end of the night.
I fully support folks making this a regular low-key night, because it's really nothing special and if every average person is doing something, you can be sure that it probably makes no sense for you to do it.
However, if you do do something, it should be on your own terms. If guys aren't doing something because of $$ issues, then that is the first thing you should be addressing in 2015. I try never to make $ a reason not do something or try something (within reason of course).
Happy New Year to RVF. Let's smash more pussy and earn more dollars in 2015 than we ever have before.

Reading these post just open my eyes to how senseless this day really is. Businesses charging hundreds to thousands of dollars for nothing and being in closed in spaced cock fest. Think i'll pick a lucky one to come over and eat some fruity peebles with me and enjoy some good tunes.

I will most likely be staying in tonight as well. Most of my friends are married or in LTRs and are pretty much staying in or doing nothing. I don't feel like going out and celebrating NYE on my own. Also, on a side note, today is my birthday as well. I might tune in to watch Forney, Quintus, and Aurini's NYE Google Hangout.

I'm going out tonight at 1am to see if there is low hanging fruit who didn't get their midnight kiss and is hoping a man will save them from loneliness.

Thanks for this thread Tuth.
I've had enough bangs this year, will take it easy on NYE. It's also pretty cold outside, below freezing, so I don't feel like going out anyway.
I'll stay home, catch up on reading, make some soup and go to sleep after midnight. Will talk to a couple of friends on Skype if they are online. My regular girl said she'll come over after midnight, but I'm not sure what the situation with cabs will be at that time so not counting on it.

Am supposed to hang with a high interest girl, but that high interest may be fading. If so, stay in, rearrange all my stuff at home (hell, I'll start that anyway), and get to working on a project. Then a long motorcycle ride with my friend this weekend.

My brother and I are going skydiving at sunrise tomorrow so I'll probably just kick it with him and enjoy the tri tip bison roast I put in the crockpot a couple hours ago.
15,000 feet is gonna be cold as fuck...

Last NYE party I went to 6 different fights broke out, I almost got into 2 myself, held back 3 women wanting to fight, picked up 3 off the ground, blocked 1 shoe, 2 others flew past my head, and someone spilled something on shoes. Because of that l lost an opportunity to close the deal on a chick and ended up walking her home. The following New Year I skipped all that and went to China instead.
Now I either go watch fireworks in the neighborhood or stay inside the house, and drink lots of whiskey until the booms sound like small rocks falling on the ground. So far that has been working out okay and I no longer miss the exciting parties/clubs.
If you guys have a chance to hit up a rocking party, do it. Makes for great stories later on when you are too cantankerous to bother doing shit like that. This reminds me that I need to mosey on over to the liquor store before they close...
Handsome Creepy Eel is right, it's cold as fuck outside.
