@ G manifesto. Yes read it the only issue with the post that I have is again it is tailored to 28+ people. Young guys should not wear a custom suit unless they are already famous. The club/bar is a cool place, and since they hired you, you are perceived as "cool". You have power, authority, influence within this "cool" place. You control the flow of alcohol. You wear a uniform. There are horny girls around. The fact that you're working lets them view you with much more trust, comfort, credibility. It not hard to take advantage of these factors if you have a little game.

I did it for a year and it was great for pussy but bad for everything else.

Somewhat. I hate self promotion but I have to get used to it. I've got some good PR on me out there, was on a "30 chefs under 30 to watch" list in L.A. a year or two ago and have done some high profile special events. Thing is, is my sense of pride got in the way and I've dealt with the whole PR thing kicking and screaming until very recently. At some point I realized people don't get picked to be famous, not really. They make it happen themselves or at least facilitate it to some extent. Not sure how far I'll be able to take the fame route but it's worth a shot.

We used to let the girls stay after the doors were locked and drink until leaving. With a good crew things can get lively and to the girls it's like an after hours party. Plus they get to see what goes on behind the scenes. In one bar we had a "gentlemen's rule", where if you pulled quality you were allowed to leave at 2.

But what about cleaning up and stuff. In Holland I sometimes see them clean the tables,toilets, take away the tables and chairs.

Interesting yeah.. Either way, it would be impossible to crack into some of these high social value bars (college bars, hot clubs, etc) without already being an experienced bartender. Might be a nice gig to start getting into though, especially because every city in the world has bartenders and might be a way to make some cash while traveling.

Here's some info for each side of the bar.

Working in the right bar with some swag can land you 8's. College towns are good, and even in high end venues, broke girls sometimes go in to troll around, even if just to be seen. They like to hook up with the staff for free drinks, ect. They're stressing the checkbook even to be in there, and it's like your floating them chips on the roulette table to stay in the game.

Don't get taken advantage though. Parlay free shit into a bang, before they hook up with some dude with cash. College girls like being in the "status" with the staff. That one is easy.

I don't know what it was, maybe a "straw that broke the camel's back" type thing. The lifestyle vs. game thing just got thrown in my face really hard lately, and yesterday it came to some sort of apex.

I'm at work, and I take the elevator up to the rooftop with this girl that has a near perfect face. Body is a little heavy, maybe 15 lb, but she's gorgeous. Would pound her for days, we smile at each other.

See her again at the rooftop and start chatting her up, she's being polite but I can tell she's not super interested. Not getting any serious IOIs, just pleasant, polite conversation. She's sitting at a cocktail table waiting for a friend. Well, her friend shows up and I watch everything. Here goes:

This guy is dressed like a trust fund baby, not sure how to describe but there's a style in L.A. now, kinda like "rich kid yacht club" look, polo shorts and shirt, bright colors, loafers. He might as well been wearing a sweater tied over his neck He's holding a shopping bag. His voice is weak and he pays her little attention.

She, on the other hand, lights up. She looks like a little girl in a candy store, immediately rests her chin on her palm and gazes at this guy like he's the biggest stud in the universe. Her body language is ridiculous. Pretty sure she would have boned him right then and there.

He's totally aloof, answering all her rapid fire questions, I mean, she reminded me of an overexcited guy that has no game, and this guy was just treating her like wallpaper. He was even a little effeminate. But in listening to his quiet, reserved responses, he revealed shit like how he got back from his boat that's parked in the Mediterannean, hopped over to London, yadda yadda yadda.

But make no mistake, this kid had no game. I promise you that. I've seen rich cats with game. This kid was born into it and was used to a lifetime of women offering themselves at him because of his lifestyle.

Conclusion? I'll never argue the merits of game. It's gotten me more and better quality lays than I'd imagined previously. But for this next level shit? It's all about lifestyle. I can chat up 8s and 9s for days, I can play the mind games, getting them to talk about fantasies, make them feel good, hell, even buy a nice bottle of sparkling to share with them, venue change, dates, I can BUST MY ASS to bang the occasional 8 or 9. But this guy? He doesn't even give a FUCK, and these girls probably THROW themselves at him.

I want that. My new goal before the end of the year is to start clearing 6 figures and start making some lifestyle changes. I don't know that I'll ever have a boat parked in the Mediterannean, but goddamn I gotta start climbing that ladder, and fast. Game has taken me to an intermediate level, the only way I think I could get drastically better is if I quit my job. Or I can take the game knowledge I have and start working on the lifestyle, so I'm choosing that.

Yeah, that is one thing I did not like about Colombia.. All the super hot hot girls were usually with guys with money..
