Wow thanks, yes Panama is good! I have been tons of Venezuelans and Colombians are there. You can also game tourist European women in casco viejo during the day. The cost is the only downfall as compared to other Latin American cities long term but flights are cheap. Good luck!

Thanks bro. I've been talking to an off-forum guy and he tells me many colombians and Venezuelans end up in panama for service work (bartending). He says it's paradise, and that they are immensely beautiful.

Interestingly, my after being in south america 6 months, my ratings of major cities for nightlife/women/opportunity with women has literally flipped from expectations and previous info e.g on this forum.

My prediction best to last: 1. Medellin, 2: Rio de J 3. Sao Paulo, 4. Buenos Aires.

Reality best to last: 1. Buenos Aires and its not even close, 2. Sao Paulo, 3/4. Med and Rio not sure what order. Rio is just too much of a clusterfuck, Medellin still to early.

Ask yourself who is bringing the bad vibes - you or the locals.

Girls freeload and guys pay for everything. Nightlife is group oriented. The guys paying for everything are probably getting laid at the end of the night with the girls they brought.

Not always, of course. Sometimes girls are out with extended family or work colleagues. There are ways to figure these things out.

Groups will mix and it can get fun, if you have good social proof. Reading between the lines, I'm guessing you don't display that.

have you tried a different approach? like getting good with the innkeepers and then working your way into the girls.

Nightlife in Medellin is pretty bad. Not only because there aren't many venues to choose from, but mainly because girls act very different during night than they would normally. Medellin girls are among the most friendly when approached during the day. You will hardly get blown out. During night, girls are a lot colder.

Also don't bother with Tinder. Probably the worst City in Latam for online.

Im curious where in Colombia is there more of a concentration of caramel/darker skinned latinas with the curly hair?

The forum was and is obsessed with Medellin because it is one of the most beautiful and liveable cities in itself. Bogota is cold, grey and grim. Cali too hot. Barranquilla a shithole. Medellin in contrary has everything: perfect weather year around, it's green, the valley is beautiful, a nice metro, good apartments and shopping Centers in El Poblado. It's by far the best City in Colombia and maybe even in Latin America.

I first came to Colombia over 15 years ago and even back then, Medellin was the most hyped place. There were no other foreigners around (I was on a hostel budget back then and only met one other gringo there) due to the civil war that was still going on. Everyone I talked to in Ecuador skipped Colombia and thought it was crazy to go... probably the equivalent of going to Venezuela now. But even back then, everyone including the latinos was raving about Medellin and the paisas.

Talk about exotic value and sheer ballsiness. I imagine you got them wet merely from your presence there.

I got immune to It while in Mexico. I just got into the habit of double and triple booking dates which turned out to work for me most times, unless I knew she had a crazy high interest in me.

Though I can only imagine what it's like in Colombia with their beauty and the thirst.

The few Colombians I met when out and about were certainly smoking hot but also attainable if I had more put in more time and effort. Suppose it comes with experience and being more focused on my mission.

2. Quibdó
3. Buenaventura
4. Cali

What good is living and exploring a city with the women you want and seek if there is nothing else to keep you entertained and satisfied aside from the women.

Yes, Brazil does sound quite nice but I at least want to raise my Spanish level before I take the plunge in Portuguese and Brazil. Of course, you hear about safety issues in Rio unless you want to pay mega bank but I hear Sao Paulo is a safer more affordable option.

Buenaventura should be done as a quick trip from Cali or perhaps a night over while en route to the nearby Pacific beaches which are quite nice. Make no mistake about it, Buenaventura is a dangerous shit hole but I’ve spent a few nights there and if you stick to the small zona rosa you should be fine. I can’t speak on Quibdo as I’ve never been but from what I hear it’s quite poor and underdeveloped. I’ve been to el Cocho before though and despite the poverty and lack of development, you can have a great time there, the people are very nice and the natural surroundings are out standing. I’ve heard Nuqui is cool too.

Medellin is actually decent for Afro Colombian chicas, I’d say even better than Barranquilla which actually doesn’t have that many people of African descent, unlike Cartagena which along with Cali are definitely the two best for morena and black chicas due to their size.

An off the radar destination is Apartadó which, for a coastsl city is quite well developed and clean. It’s in Antioquia so has that Paisa influence, many of the business owners are from Medellin. I sat next to an older black guy on the plane and when I asked him how much a taxi was, he offered to drive me, his 20 year old son picked us up in his nice SUV along with his wife and young son, about 5. I soon realized that he wanted me to speak English with his son, who had just returned from studying in the US, he wanted to hear him to see if he learned much. This guy was about 60 and his wife was about 40 so he wifed her up young, pretty standard for a wealthy Colombian dude. Nice people up that way in banana country.

I hardly do but google talk - to - translate is your friend. every time i get stuck with my spanish, i give them the "just a moment" gesture and pull out translator, and they giggle and think its cute. then you can sit there comfortably looking at each other because she thinks you are tyring to remember how to say something in spanish, but in reality you can sit there for a few seconds reading her and planning next words.
