Most of the photos of NK girls here and elsewhere, are with them with their hair tied back and wearing clothing that is meant for men. The change isn't so big for the second girl. A 5 goes to a 6 with makeup(or a 6 goes to a 7 depending on the body)

The first girl is a good example, though most of the change is in the eyes, it has a dramatic change in the balance of her whole face.

Three is just scary... never rely on photos.
