Latest South Park on political correctness.

In an online forum (South Park Studios Chat, 10 May 2001),[4] Parker and Stone responded to a participant's question:

Q: Are you two guys liberal or conservative? Me and my friends have had debates about this.
Parker: We avoid extremes but we hate liberals more than conservatives and we hate them [conservatives].
Stone: I hate conservatives but I really fucking hate liberals.

In August 2006, Parker, Stone, and Sullivan headlined a conference in Amsterdam hosted by the libertarian monthly magazine Reason. During an on-stage interview with Reason editors Nick Gillespie and Jesse Walker, Stone and Parker reaffirmed their discomfort with labels while acknowledging that their political views could be described most accurately as libertarian and rejected the direction of the Republican Party that they described as "more government and more Jesus".

Solutions outside one issue. Hey I still love Trump and will vote for him. But don't get pissy when they call a spade a spade. It's like when the Scientologists got mad after the Trapped in the Closet episode but didn't bat an eye when they made fun of Catholics.

I just shared one since you said he didn't have one.

He also gave a very detailed breakdown of his tax plan.

South Park went chickenshit and took the easy route of just using the boring false generalities about Trump that are not true. Sloppy and missed a great chance.

Yup, the two are Libertarian, I can't recall South Park ever mocking Libertarianism.

Are libertarians just liberals who are not pussies? Modern day conservatives and liberals are all faggots.

Depends on how you define liberal. Liberals in the past, probably. Liberals of today, no way in hell. They hijacked the word to describe their socialist world view.

It should be quite clear that Matt & Trey are more than willing to point out bullshit regardless of it's origins.

Plus, how many other 'mainstream' media outlets / franchises are willing to openly mock the likes of Jenner
or Hillary or other SJW sacred cows (cow pun intended)?

The two episodes were pretty disappointing. In the first, I would have rather seen the PC shit implode on itself rather than the boys accepting it. I don't see the 2nd episode as being pro-immigrant rather they just used immigration to work in the Trump/election angle/parody. They did a much better episode on immigration in an episode from 2004 called "Goobacks."

The PC shit is gonna be a whole season long and will definitely implode. They aren't going to accept it in the end. This season is going to be great.

No, they are not. At best, they're conservatives who aren't pussies and expect others to be able to stand on their own.

And stop thinking of politics as linear. At best it's a four quadrant graph.

I didn't think this episode was as great as everyone else. I thought by south park standards they were pulling punches. Plus there was no cohesive plot or moral which south park usually does pretty well on. Making the PC guys frat bros was stupid as well. Why not portray them as the land whales they actually are? I think they're getting soft. They wanted the "cred" for attacking SJWs without actually going the whole nine yards.

I'm dissappointed in the creators.

They aren't, though. It wasn't "land whales" that nominated Caitlyn Jenner for the ESPY and got article after article published about the transition in mainstream press. The ESPY nomination came from ABC and then who knows what kind of string-pulling went on at the major publishers pushing the Caitlyn Jenner story. The fat, blue-haired, nose-pierced rank-and-file SJWs aren't the ones with the real power.

The producers of the ESPY awards were a White Male and Thin woman (granted, she is manjawed and wall impact appears imminent). The CEO of ESPN is a White Male.

Editor-in-Chief of Vanity Fair is a White Male Canadian
The Conde Nast executive team is Mostly White Males (Conde Nast owns Vanity Fair, Ars Technica, and Wired among others)
Buzzfeed Executive Team: White Males
Chairman and CEO of Vox Media: White Male
President of Vox Media: White Male
Editor-in-chief of Polygon: White Male
President and CEO of NPR: White Male
Editor of The Guardian: White Male.

While these guys might not be actually writing the propaganda directly, it's highly unlikely that high-profile stories like the Caitlyn Jenner shit happens without the knowledge and consent of people like those I listed above. If they had wanted to kill that narrative, they'd have done it. Trey and Matt have been in the entertainment industry a long time and I'm sure they know where the real power is.

Also note: the two main South Park characters who have become SJW enforcers are Randy Marsh and Cartman. They are not college dudebros. Randy is weak-willed and does anything to fit in, which is exactly how rank-and-file SJWs behave. Meanwhile Cartman is the hypocritical sociopathic bigot, who nicely fills in for the likes of Zoe Quinn and Randi Harper. Who, frankly, are bottom-feeding attention whores and do not deserve the honor of being directly parodied by the likes of South Park.

Wasn't the funniest, but one of the most clever. I concur using frat boys instead of scar wearing flaming lefties wouldn't have been as clever. They went very meta...deeper.

The Patriots reference was a stretch...somewhat meaningless.

I do like that they're building episodes off one another ...per the following episode.

Let's all keep our pants on though, they aren't exactly on a side. They tear apart trump in the following episode.

Not terribly impressed with the new season yet. Still the best show on tv tho.

I enjoyed the new episode on gentrification, but sodosopa clearly lacked a Starbucks. For a moment I thought that would prevent them from getting a Wholefoods in the end, but they got lucky somehow.
The commercials were very well done, the CtPa Town one was hilarious.
I´m curious where they are going with this season.

They really seem to have ther finger on the pulse. I bet at least one of the main creators reads RVF.

Of course the ones actually having the power and pushing the agenda are not blue-haired fat gender-queer. Even the likes of Zoe Quinn or well-connected Anita Sarkeesian are low-tier scum.

In private many of the people above laugh at the SJWs and their antics. Anyone acting like that in their financial circle would be cast out instantly. Leftist propaganda for thee - traditional and "racist" viewpoints for me in private!

It seems like this whole season is aimed at taking a jab at political correctness and "modern" trends. I want to see what else they will possibly make fun of.

My confidence is so high that I should probably trademark it

I watched the three that I could last night and I thought that they were great.

- Making the SJW principal and and his 'bros' a bunch of frosted-tip, Oakley wearing jocks who lift was a masterstroke. Aside from that being - what typically SJWs imagine - the group with the 'most privilege' in society, it was a good way of showing how obnoxious and frankly intolerant the standard SJW is in the name of 'tolerance'.

- Bruce Jenner hitting two people and no one reacting was a great and tragic representation of reality.

- SoDoSoPa was hilarious. In Toronto whenever I'd see any commercial for a new development designed to attract the 'young, hip' crowd (like King St. West or the Annex), it's always got the same features - the smug male narration, the avant-garde food, the spa, the attractive young people (mainly white but with a black guy or an Asian chick thrown in for 'diversity') having dinner and having a 'good time'.

- Yes, there was no Starbucks...but south park also covered Starbucks way back in the day...

- While their portrayal of Trump was fairly accurate...they discount that he has a very legitimate platform. I've always loved the flappy-headed Canadians.

- 'ABCDEFGuy, HIJKLMNOBuddy, QRSTUFwend, WXYfart' [Image: biggrin.gif] [Image: biggrin.gif] [Image: biggrin.gif]

- Randy as always is awesome...'Yeah...we...had some beverages...'

- Also glad that people are finally tired of Kyle's speeches.

Just wanted the third episode of the season and absolutely loved it.

South Park episodes can be a little hit or miss (with the way they develop episodes, usually within days of the deadline, they can't all be great), but this season has been outstanding so far.

I can't remember the last time they had a run of three episodes that impressed me this much.

I think the creators are back in a good groove. It couldn't come at a better time.

Highly recommend. Did anyone catch the "hamster through college" joke? The song and dance looked exactly like the Dr. Oz final thing too.

They made a hamster joke? They must be RVF readers. I'm just waiting for them to drop a Roosh reference.
