You're not "permitted" by the forum rules but it's still very easy to keep posting. Just make a bunch of sleepers at the beginning of the month and they'll all get approved, eventually the account you're posting on will be caught but it doesn't matter when you have backups.

Fuck I lurked probably more than 7 months before making my first post here. Young guys are too anxious to impress other men when they need to be spending their time trying to impress women and work on improving their own selves. I guarantee you most of what anyone new wants to talk about has already been discussed. There is nothing wrong with learning in here and never posting. In fact, what broke my lurking was not because VP talked about me in some thread he made, but because I saw others wanting information on China as well as that Black Man dating option thread and I was not able to find what they were asking for in the search feature.

Don't get me wrong now. I saw things here that confused me, made me cringe, gave me pause, or was even disappointing to see. What shined through was that I constantly saw Roosh, Tuth, and too many others growing as men in the midst of difficult situations. Even if making a mistake, handle it with class or make adjustments. Watching this group make adjustments to things constantly and aiming for the best outcome is more than what anyone could ask for. I would bet lots of you do not even have best friends that are capable of growing like that on a character level. If guys here are willing to dig deep, will you do it too?

Basically guys need to figure out if what they post can provide some value to others first. After that figure out if you can fit in with the group as well. If your values do not match with many here, posting here is essentially useless. You might as well lurk for things you do like. I spent alot of time trying to figure out who Roosh really was and what kind of guys were on here first because others gave me their opinions first before I could form my own. It took a long ass time to read through enough of the forum to properly take the temperature in here, but it was well worth it. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. In my mind you can never rush or speed up what is rightfully a good move. When the time to post is right, your reasons for posting it will be there.

I've been lurking here a little over a year and I find this forum very useful. I see a lot of guys come in here guns blazing with no rep points. I'd advise to get familiar with the newbie section first if only to see good and bad examples of the culture around here.

With all of the exposure that RVF is getting in Canada lately, it wouldn't be too difficult for someone who knows me to search the threads I've made over the years and link it back to me, so I changed my avatar and deleted my travel history and other stuff on my profile. I've written a lot about my personal life on here over the years but honestly, I don't care too much if my family, friends and employers find out about this but I'd rather they not however, if they do, its not the end of the world, they all know what I do when I travel, my moms knows I like doing drugs and chasing pussy!

I change mine up every now and again. Some might be worse than others, but I do get bored of seeing the same picture under my screenname.

There were a few times when I would get a couple of passing comments on my current avatar at the time, and one actually led to several PMs. Good times.

Like the other posters, I lurked on this forum for about a year before I registered to participate in discussions. I am still learning as I go along.

I lurked here for 2 or 3 months before logging into my RVF account I hadn't used for six years. Lurking here made me feel two things simultaneously - encouraged to pursue the single life again after being in an unhappy marriage, and embarrassed at how beta I'd become.

Then, once I worked up the courage to file for divorce, I started posting. By then, I had a working understanding of the forum rules, written and unwritten.

You have only 57 posts, zero rep, joined less than 3 months ago and you change your avatar every now and again because you get bored?

I'm not highly "repped" but I always enjoy reading different viewpoints on topics. It helps me using that newfound knowledge and trying it out. It also helps me in looking at different game/lifestyle perspectives to help me grow as a persons and better participate in different aspects of becoming a better man. Newbies, I am more than welcome to trying something different.

I figured that I would restrict my posts mostly to the lifestyle section for the time being.

Maybe members with high rep could vet new members over a quick skype videochat. It won't weed out the manginas, but at least it would weed out the neon haired, facial-shrapneled freaks that signed up trying to catfish us. I'm happy to be skype-interviewed as I definitely didn't pick the best weekend to get a lifetime gold membership and start posting.

I'm guilty of coming here, guns a blazing, but the events in Canada have really fired me up. Like it's been said I don't really post because I really don't have time to for the past few years. I have been trying to get my business off the ground. But for the pass few years I have been here, ready and learning. I only got an account a little more than a year ago because I finally had something to say. But I go back...... waaaaayyyyyyyy back. I'm talking Ross Jeffries back.

I would like to meet dudes in my neck of the woods (Southern Cali) but It can wait until the dust settles from this event. I guess I have lost some of the fear because I've tested the waters on facebook and you will get support from people if you approach it the right way. Like I previously said, I usually get the support from pretty girls when I post something redpill and silence from the fembots.

Anyways gents... take care.

I lurked here for almost 5 years before I decided to open an account in this forum. Initially I used this account only to read, but I started posting to help Roosh and my fellow RVFers in his battle against the feminism.

I have a very low rep, but I took my time to read and learn the forum rules. I hope to post more valuable content in the future.

I wouldn't have begun posting on RVF if it hadn't been for spider, cobra, clint barton and dom torres telling me to ask more questions and learn from the men here. Actually meeting guys from RVF before posting on the forum gave me a reference point to work off of. I was like, "wow, these guys are actually cool and not weird pick-up robots."

I will be checking my PMs weekly, so you can catch me there. I will not be posting.
