I'm in Thailand and I want to get a custom suit. I remember reading somewhere on this forum about people talking about custom suits in Thailand but I can't seem to find it if anyone could point me out to the thread which it is located in it would be appreciated!
Let's talk about style, and your looks to bang girls!

check out instyle tailors if you're in Phuket, they're a lot more expensive than the usual thai tailor but you get what you pay for. Quality is top notch and it's bespoke, multiple fittings, get to decide on all the options...treat you well and while it's more expensive than the other tailors it's still infinitely cheaper than you'd get an off the rack brand here...I paid about 500-600 for the highest quality they had. Can't help ya outta Phuket, didn't get any made anywhere else.
I like this jacket that Kickboxer posted.

Got my first suit in Thailand
What do you guys think?
I know the picture quality sucks but I thought I would get some on advice from you guys on what to do better next time. I got black with thin white pin stripes and a pink undershirt.

Yeah I remember reading that on here that you only button the top one but for some reason the tailor guy though that I should. I think I overpaid quite a bit for it about $216 but oh well I only had 2 days to get it done so I was bouncing in and out of the there alot making sure it fit right. It supposed to be a cashmere/wool mix but who knows.
Shirt sleeves are too long and shoulders look a bit too wide.
Looks ok, some minor adjustments need to be made to perfect the look but it's a great start I think. Not a big fan of pin stripes, but that's just my preference. If you like them then good for you. I'm not an expert on suits but I think two buttons done doesn't look bad because it sort of looks like a 'high two' to me. Normally you always want to have the bottom button undone.
Mine telling us about time and price?

Looks pretty good, the stripes line up on the sleeves which is a nice touch of class.
The shoulders look a bit sharp to me, compared to, say, http://thesuitsofjamesbond.com/wp-conten...king-4.jpg

I got it done in Ao Nang Beach Krabi Thailand. I only had 2 days left of my trip so he had to bust it out fairly quickly. I got a cashmere/wool mix on the jacket and pants.
For $216 usd he included pants jacket shirt and tie. After looking around a little more I overpaid a little bit but since I only had 2 days I wasn't being too picky on price since Im pretty sure I would have paid 3 or 4 times this for a custom suit back in usa.

I bought a regular, blank baseball hat today and was getting stares all day from girls. It didn't match what I was wearing but I wanted to break it in. Took it on and off a few times in front of a mirror and I think I look better with it. I have an egg head and shave my head short because it's wavy but a pretty good looking face. Can a regular hat make your face look better or stand out more? I remember a girl saying I looked better with a hat a long time ago after I took it off to fuck her. I didn't even get it for girls, I just like keeping the sun out of my face and looking like someone from America's Most Wanted.

I shaved all the hair off my head last weekend and I've been told that I look better without hair.
I've got a pretty good skull shape, so I might be keeping this hairstyle for a while to see how it goes.
I kept the beard to balance it all out; I'd rather not look too babyfaced.

Your Shirt is too long.
Pants too long.
Not sure about buttoning both buttons. I would have to see a picture with just one.
Get your pockets right.
And never ever wear flip flops and a suit together again.
Never ever?
Never ever.
I'm as white as they come and I rock retro Jordans with my jeans and blazer all the time it looks awesome makes me look fun and young

Looks like you got the same results that I did going to a budget Indian tailor... I think it would be worthwhile to start a Thailand suits thread with pictures of actual suits and shirts made to order, in order to find out which shops can deliver your money's worth vs the one's catering to the tourist on holiday who they will never see again.
Do you guys have one consistent look or do you have multiple outfits for multiple occasions.
Since I'm graduating and going into the 'real world' + making money I'll have more dough for clothing. I want to keep things simple, but your style plays a large role on how you're percieved by chicks.
I'm thinking a few outfits in each and changing them slightly with the seasons.:
1. business/work/formal wear. Suits, dress shirts, ties, slacks, nice shoes. Not over the top but clean cut with a bit of "peacocking" in the details.
2. casual/day time wear. gq style
3. night game wear. (venue dependent) but mainly 'casual' fitting in with the venue.
4. younger/house party wear. More street style, younger dude type of stuff so I can blend in with people my age.
5. other. any specific 'niche' style I happen to be around or a mix of any of the above.
or would it be easiest/cheapest/more efficient to find a neutral look for work + play

If you get your basics right, you can mix and match for most occasions. V necks, pair of dark raw denim, 1-2 pair of chinos, 3-5 button ups, pair of casual shoes (adidas, chick taylors, etc.) a pair of leather boots (Clarks Desert Boots, Redwings) a navy sport coat or blazer, dark leather belt. After that you can start adding accent pieces to make you stand out and suit your personal tastes. Fancy/bright pocket squares/ties, suede shoes/boots, graphic tees for under blazer if you like that look (I don't), etc.
Although I don't particularly like this guys style, you get the point. http://restartyourstyle.com/478/easy-loo...w-clothes/
I have my shoes in the cleaners. Dont ask why but now I just have two pairs of flip flops. The shoes were suppose to be ready for tonight. I always try to look good here in BKK. All the tourist and most locals dont peacock at all. I dont know if I should just do shorts and shirt, or jeans with the flip flops. I do have a pair of blue chinos bthat would be perfect but I rocked them last week.
Damn you cleaners.
Damn you cleaners.
