Bathing and grooming habits USA over the top?

Are you swallowing it? Also make sure it is 'Food grade' or specifically has 'non-toxic' or doesn't have 'toxic' on the bottle. When I ran out I stooped at another store near school to pick some up. When I was about to pay I notices "toxic" and a skull and crossbones on that shit... I was like "wooooah" because my usual bottle never had that stuff pasted on it, just said not to ingest it.

Pour about a table spoon or two and fill the cup half way with warm water. Gargle and spit. After your mouth should feel pasty then rinse the paste out with water and your good.

I like the peroxide tip so much. Most times I don't even need gum.

I do notice when I drink alcohol (mostly beer) after gargling the peroxide and water I do feel kinda odd. It has a strange aftertaste that kinda yea hits me in the chin a bit but I shrug it off.

It doesn't have food grade on it nor any toxic signs on the bottle. I buy it from Shoppers Drug Mart.
It's 3% as Roosh recommends.

I haven't used deodorant or antiperspirant in over a year.

Smell fine.

I didn't shampoo for a long time (was at 3 months).

Hair was fine. I'm off the soap again.

IMO the body is pretty fucking awesome at self-regulating itself, but once you throw in modern cleansers you are actually fucking it up.

Do you use baking soda? When you say you smell fine, has this confirmed by a third party?

My recent toy said she likes the way I smell. Could be a chemical thing though.

Interesting thought is that my the men in my family say I could use a shower* but the women say I smell fine.

*Not in the "holy shit you smell" sense but the "yea, it's probably a good idea" sense.

No baking soda either. I don't sweat too much though, never have.

Okay cool this is the same stuff I use also. I would only get that "off" feeling if I drink beer.

In regards to Baking Soda and grooming. It takes a while to get used to not smelling like anything but Baking Soda works - its legit.

Diet is a big part of not smelling like a horses ass also. In the super foods thread I mentioned this. You can take internal natural deodorant if your still smell kinda of lightly pungent or 'sweet'. Liquid chlorophyll is good stuff and will scrub your insides so don't smell.

speakeasy - do you chew gum while in the nightclub? I tried hydrogen peroxide exactly how Roosh recommended a few times but it made me feel a bit nauseous.
I am wondering if I should continue to power through until my body gets accustomed to that feeling. I don't like chewing gum.

No I rarely chew gum. The peroxide should not be making you feel nauseated as long as you're not swallowing it. Peroxide turns fizzy when it comes into contact with blood or germs so you know when it's working to kill mouth bacteria. It get all foamy in your mouth after a minute.

I bought some hydrogen peroxide last week for a stye on my eye but didn't know I could gargle with it. This freshens your breath and keeps it smelling good? I use mouthwash every morning but the bottle even says its safe to use in mouth.
