A marriage to fulfill societal check-boxes does not mean said marriage is being readily consummated...

So yes, the next time you're having a bad day.
Just remember this Soy-Boy & all the other Soy-Boy's out there with their gaping smiles.
Then remember that you're so much better off than the lot of them.

Yeah his wifes name is Mary. They met in high school when "her" name was still Mike. It just happened to be his turn to be the husband on this day

But as a 40's man who, even with as much (or not??) skill I have/had possessed to try and wife up...and ultimately fail, an early 20's stunningly beautiful woman, lost due to Instagram/Societal Liberal fallacy dogma that no matter what I do... i.e a woman's Family, social circle,....hell even some of MY hardcore good intentioned married ex-special operations buddies have negative leanings... It's cyclical and, for this moment in time I'm more and more believing to be true...the pendulum has truly swung in a direction to which men like me...GenX...will possibly never see the return to a sane paradigm. That is, until we are effectively and age wise, completely OUT of the running as far as relationships (with fertile women carrying the "HAPPY gene") are concerned. And to which the black pill is looming ever closer against which I'm struggling mightily...

The value we older wolves have I hate to admit, is that when the time comes...we may transition to being the knowledge base able to give some of you younger men the tactics and lessons of the wars we fought in.

This isn't some masturbatory Civil War II b.s of an old broken combat Vet trying to be relevant again... I'm genuinely frightened at what I/we see as some of the possibilities of the dark future in the remnants our constitutional republic that is daily getting usurped by *pick your special interest group HERE*...

My sons and your sons and daughters are going to inherit our failings...and my heart bleeds and cries out personally for the loss of what I so foolishly thought that allegiance to GOD King and Country would get me; the happiness found from adherence to a family and moral community brings, denied. I want a family because mine was shit. I want children because I think that's a worthwhile adventure.

I don't want to die alone. I was so very naive and good hearted once...

Fight boys, fight the rot that turns you into that blubbering simp.

I hear you, brother. I'm making peace with it; that I may never meet a woman who wants to be a wife. Isn't it funny that this creep is married? To that... thing, yes, but married nonetheless.

Almost as if the only males these harridans see fit to marry are those who are easily controlled...

Yep.
As a side note. I'm readily of the opinion that a lot of young girls from single mothers or from broken homes or from weak fathers.
Don't actually know how to handle a 'real' man or don't know how to behave properly in the presence of a real man.
They know Soy-Boys, so they saddle themselves with Soy-Boys...

I honestly feel sorry for the guy, and have no negative feelings towards him.

When men have been conditioned to have no vision, no purpose in life, this is the result.

Poor guy is living through something totally outside his control.

I don't believe there is any 'game' that can teach someone to get a wife in this day and age. Best hope is to have high smv, terrific game, and meet a woman who truly needs you. The third part is becoming tough for even the highest value guys though.

Last super hero/comic book movie I saw was the Spiderman from early 2000's with Tobey Mcguire and overrated Dunst.

Last Star Wars movie I saw in the theatre was Return of The Jedi at age 5 on opening day.

When I was 7 or 8 I talked my dad into taking a friend and me to a Star Wars convention. I'm pretty sure other than the actors they brought in he was the only one in the venue who was not a virgin.

I got my Magnum condoms, I got my wad of hundreds, I'm ready to plow!

It looks like acting. It has that acting vibe to it.

Anyway, someone edited this to make it look like the Christchurch shooting reaction video. In fact, I thought he was a troll reacting to the Christchurch video until I saw this thread.

Alright. Confession time.

I'm a sci-fi nerd.

When a new series of Red Dwarf, in my opinion the best show ever made, finally came along after a 10 year break between series 8 and 9 (Back to Earth) and 21 years since the show started, it didn't air here. I had to buy the DVD, drive 45 minutes home, get a beer, and settle in to watch the first new episode in a decade. All the previous series I could pretty much recite line for line.

The anticipation, opening and slipping that disc into the player. Hitting play and seeing that opening sequence:

I admit it. If you had a camera on me, I would've looked like a kid at Christmas, and yes, my eyes may have leaked a little.

In 2017,during the final episode of series 12 when Norman Lovett, the original face of Holly the ship computer from Series 1 and 2 in 1988 appears on the screen and goes..

I cheered and clapped and cried tears of joy, though I was alone watching tv in my living room.
I would love to have been in a theatre full of Cheeto-dust-coated omega fans at that moment, The cheers would've raised the roof. It would've been one of the most memorable moments of my life.

Fuck any Star Wars bar the first 3 though.

There's a fine line between being child-like and childish.

I don't generally advocate this as a standard, but look at it through a woman's eyes: does it show a lovable vulnerability? A hint of the boy that became the man? Or a failure to self-actualize?

What you describe with Red Dwarf reminds me of my friend playing action figures with his young nephew. Occasional vulnerability and playfulness is not weakness.

It is very rare that a still-shot meme can capture all of my intellectual, emotional and subconscious reactions to not only the topic of this thread, but what I generally think of the direction life is taking on this planet.

Probably the one "childish" thing I would be most harshly judged for is a love of BMX bikes.

Almost forty and still rides a BMX.

It's a perfectly designed bicycle. Light, simple, strong.
One gear capable of both quick acceleration and a respectable top speed. Nimble and rugged enough that obstacles like kerbs aren't even an inconvenience, adjustable to suit anyone from a four foot kid to a six foot man in 10 seconds with a hex key, as comfortable on dirt as on bitumen.
Many, or most, would see it as something I should've grown out of, but I still enjoy riding my BMX as much as I did when I was 12, and think it's one of the best modes of transportation ever designed by mankind, so I say fuck 'em.

This guy is a fag. No two ways about it.

I showed this to a girl and told her this guy is married. She said "his wife must be really...... masculine"

I will be checking my PMs weekly, so you can catch me there. I will not be posting.
