Exactly this. Putting in the effort and essentially making the foreign country your second home until it isn't foreign any more.

In the USA, last time I went salsa dancing, very hard to get younger women to accept invitations to dance and then they made faces like "how boring this old dude is". I'm a good dancer, too, even used to do occasional instruction long ago when the regular instructor was late at the nightclub I frequented and the owner asked me to help out. The older women at the only salsa club where I now live are horrible skanky cougars, so even worse than the young women. In Kyiv, I never get this sort of attitude. Problem is actually gracefully declining indications of interest for something more than just a dance. (Reason I decline is I already have a girlfriend who is better looking than these women giving IOI's and don't want a harem.) In other words, I'm an incel in the USA (because I have standards, of I wanted, I'm sure I could get a fatty in the USA), whereas I'm a rock star in Kyiv, at least with average women, including average women much younger than me. Above average women in Kyiv is another story.

If you were to rank every girl in the US on a 1-10 scale, and then put them all on a graph, you'd see it looks like this:



You see a lot of really obese girls who don't take care of themselves at all. Girls who look like this:


You also see a lot of really gorgeous women, who spend hours in the gym taking care of themselves, spend god knows how much money on cosmetics and surgery, and follow an absurdly strict diet. Girls who look like this:


Looks are clustered around the extremes. Lots of 8 and 9s, lots of 2s and 3s. Not a lot of 5s or 6s.

In Japan, at least, hotness tends to follow a normal distribution, which looks like this.



Most of the girls look about average. The majority of girls are about the same height, about the same weight, and have a roughly similar facial structure. They all look something like this, though she's a little prettier and has slightly nicer makeup and some photoshopping.



Very slim frames. Very little in the way of breasts. (Nicer asses than you might think, at least in my experience.) Not a lot of land whales, and not a lot of head turners. They're not going to blow your mind like the best American women, but they're not going to make you want to douse your eyes with bleach, either.

As for pleasantness, it's absolutely no contest. Last time I was in Japan I had to entertain some American chicks who were tourists from overseas. They were quite attractive, and they were nice enough in their way, but I remember dropping them off at the train station and saying to myself, "Good lord these girls are so self-centered..."
Japanese girls win, hands down. There's plenty of selfish, bitchy, drama-queen-ish Japanese girls, but you can just avoid those. It's not 100% of the entire sex like it is here in the US.

I’ve been out of the country but only actually gamed in America. I think you certainly get hotter girls overseas, though. What makes me think this is the fact that 3 of the 4 hottest babes I’ve ever dated in the US were born and raised overseas (Venezuela, Kenya, and, believe it or not, India).

I can only imagine how much damage I would do as a white man overseas, where all the women are foreign, at least somewhat poor, and not influenced by far left feminist/#MeToo ideals.

How were you able to ultimately sustain yourself in the foreign country of Mexico? You had to know right off the bat that you were not able to make as much of a profit in the foreign country as in the USA.

Surely this is just your own observation and not backed by hard data? It directly contradicts the data posted on the OKTrends blog (which I generally think is on-point and trustworthy). There it was shown that men rated women more or less on a bell curve, with most women being rated about average, as expected.

I agree with the rest of your post re. US gals, though. There's nice ones for sure, but I've found them to be a bit more abrasive than their counterparts abroad.

The difference here is that you only spent three weeks in Poland; even with pipelining (dating online before arriving at the location), this doesn’t give you enough time to establish social circle to start dating the hotter girls. You would had gotten a 7 or 8 if you stayed there for six months or more and spoke the local language.

Sorry I don't see your Bimodal distribution in the USA. The USA has a lot of average over weight girls with tremendous egos. I don't see that many super hot ones anywhere. Every year with obesity and feminism there are less ones who try to look hot. Afterall, they believe they are smarter than men, can demand jobs, and the media tells them they don't need men for anything!

As the world gets richer, some countries that level up while also avoiding joining the obesity epidemic will become contenders.

I completely agree, the distribution is hardly bimodal. It's close to a bell-curve with a weight on the left side due to high female obesity.

On average, there's quite a small percentage of "hot" girls in the US. The obesity epidemic has reached catastrophic levels. Trying to find a hot feminine girl in the USA is like trying to find an eskimo in the dessert. That's before even taking into account their personality and lack of femininity.

I did a road-trip with few Russian Friends from Krasnodar near the Black Sea in Southwest Russia all the way to Novosibirsk Siberia. 1 Month trip and my god, there is legit 7+ stunners at an astronomical level compared to the US and THEY ARE NOT SELF-CENTERED like American girls. They are beautiful but they understand that its a competition among getting husbands in Russia, the gender disparity is 86.8 Men for every 100 women, even the most average or ugly guys can get 7s here. Being a foreigner just skyrockets your SMV, I had 2 girls even ask me first to go on a date.
