There is no one effect of MDMA on sex for everyone. Its effects vary hugely from man to man, it doesn't effect everyone the same way. A lot of men can't orgasm while on it, and some men can't even get an erection on it. Jefferson, I've been in the rave scene for years and am quite familiar with MDMA. Zatara is absolutely right. It works different for everybody. Some people can fuck like crazy and love it. You'd have bad sex on MDMA if the dosage is too large. In which case indeed you can't perform. Or if the quality was poor and there is no actual effect.
None of which was the case in OP's story. He had no performance issues and was very much up for sex, he was having sex.

No actually, the person who makes this definitive statement did not google it all, but rather has experienced what sex on MDMA is like. I don’t have much to say about Thai girls. However, in the west, MDMA is often faked - not just cut. I can’t find the results of a study, but it is a large chunk of the MDMA sold. And I can almost guarantee that Thailand has an even higher fake MDMA rate then Europe and NA. So it is very possible this guy never actually took MDMA.
