I think the idea is that it`s not based on empiricism, which in a sense is true for many legal principles. I do support "natural law" though, which I see as an extension of group evolution. But the legal code should be, just like Government, kept to an absolute minimum. It`s a necessary evil in a sense.

We will stomp to the top with the wind in our teeth.

The more they censor their own platforms.
The more clever & crafty one must be with wording.

Yes ultimately they want total control of word, thought & deed.

Yet there is some merit to 'flowing as water' & going around, under or over their methods. 4Chan type trolling comes to mind.

A glorious article on HuffPo. I found it quite funny, especially the three articles they picked as examples.

WOMEN
Rape Apologist ‘Roosh’ Shutting Down Website After Running Out Of Money
Barack “Roosh” Obama has profited off the glorification of sexual assault. That’s going to be much harder for him now.

A rape apologist and self-described “pick up artist” who demeans women and glorifies sexual assault is shutting down his website because he no longer has the funds to keep it running.

Barack “Roosh” Obama announced Monday that he is shuttering Return of Kings, a website that boasts about sexual conquests, whines about the rise of feminism and bemoans the supposed emasculation of men. Articles by Obama and other contributors include “8 Things That Make a Girl Stupid And Useless,” “Men Benefit from Acting Potentially Violent And Explosive Around Women” and “Men Should Start Recording Sex With A Hidden Camera.”

In a post explaining his website’s demise, which Obama called an “indefinite hiatus,” he said he didn’t have the money to maintain the site and was “burned out.”

An article on Return of Kings suggests secretly recording sex to combat false rape accusations.

“We’ve been banned from Paypal and countless ad partners, which forced me to lay off the site editor last year and also lower payments to regular contributors,” Obama wrote. “This started a negative spiral of declining content quality, site traffic, and revenues. Even the beloved comments section, which many see as the highlight of ROK, was badly hit when Disqus banned us. Currently, ROK receives half the traffic of its peak and less than one-fifth of the income.”

The Southern Poverty Law Center has labeled Return of Kings a hate group in which “the harassment of women is encouraged.”

It’s been a bad month for Obama, who in September saw nine of his books taken off Amazon after HuffPost reached out to the company to make it aware of content that bragged about rape.

“In America, having sex with her would have been rape, since she couldn’t legally give her consent,” he wrote in a 2011 book once sold on Amazon. “It didn’t help matters that I was relatively sober, but I can’t say I cared or even hesitated.”

He continued: “If a girl is willing to walk home with me, she’s going to get the dick no matter how much she has drunk.” In the same chapter, he described how he once “jammed” his penis into a woman who was “half-asleep.”

That same month, YouTube deleted a video from Obama’s channel for violating its hate speech policy and banned him from livestreaming for three months after HuffPost reached out to the company. He now has one “strike” against his account. If a user receives three strikes within a three-month period, YouTube will terminate the channel.

Obama has ignored HuffPost’s repeated requests for comment. In his statement, he attempted to paint himself as a martyr.

“I’m sure many of you understand that we are in the early stages of a censorship wave that will sweep through society,” he wrote. “Scoundrels like myself get banned first, and then soon the hammer will come down on anyone who dares to share the truth. Personally, I believe that I will suffer death by a million cuts.”

Just today in Sweden, the former leader of the Nobel committee was sentenced to two years in jail for rape. (Same situation as with the Cosby thing etc.) I think we can all see where this is going to end...with violence.

Worse. It will end with nothing. It'll be like living in China, worldwide.

China is a successful example of what the "Communists" wanted to achieve all along in the West.

And information technology (social media, censorship, payment tools etc) is their perfect tool for ultimate control.

At a certain point there is simply burnout.

I think another thing I'm noticing is that Roosh is at the point where hes written everything he has to say on game, feminism, etc. The deplatforming simply made ROK not worth the time investment anymore particularly if he was feeling burdened to put out content that he felt was rehashing stuff we all have heard before.

He is gonna move on to other projects. You have to. Gazing into the abyss of our opposition everyday takes its toll. At some point you want to live life. There's this idea you have to be fighting 24/7. You don't.

The people who do fight 24/7 end up alone, morbid, lonely, depressed, etc. I dont think that's happening to anyone here, but spend enough time around people like Fatrelle and you end up becoming as miserable as them.

This forum provides far more content, information, and resources then ROK did. It's far more essential to building a support network.

Doesn't need to be discussed in public really... Imagine if someone made a new red pilled sounding account name, found out how Roosh is making money and then went after it to remove that income source too.

This is what happens when you don't get a mentee to pass your knowledge and experience too.

Not trying to sound like a douchebag but Roosh this was a miscalculation from the start. Should get some one younger and hungry to start to take your place soon.

The future of a free internet is decentralisation. Crypto accounts, platforms such as steemit etc.

That said it sounds like it's burn out and a shift of priorities as much as anything else.

They're so ignorant. They's celebrating this as though they made it happen, as though they have somehow managed to shut it down. Roosh has made it very clear that there are multiple reasons, but they want to believe that it's all because of their superpowers. If he wanted to, he could change his mind at any moment. Tomorrow he could decide that actually, hmmm...maybe I was hasty, let's crank it up again. It's not as if he wouldn't get plenty of traffic and attention if he did that.

Also don't they realize that he's still writing, and plans to go on to most likely bigger and better things? Don't they know that he still has his other blog as well as this place? Can't they see that the energy that he's not going to put into ROK is going to go into something else sooner or later? Can't they grasp that every word they utter about him can only increase interest in what he does, and can never have any negative effect on him?

That's not how we do things in Russia, comrade.

The universe (or God) has been very generous in my 39 years. I've never gone one day without food, clothing, or shelter. And there are many men out there who would help me if I ever went without those things. I have to remind myself that there is nothing to worry about. I just have to keep taking steps along the path that has been given to me.

I'm surprised Roosh doesn't offer coaching or other premium services. I know "PUA bootcamps" aren't really his thing, but 1-on-1 coaching via Skype could make a killing. Considering how many people call into the livestreams, there's definitely demand.

I found ROK through Roosh V in early 2013, which in turn was found through Aaron Clarey, whose blog I found a year before Roosh V. I learned, from the many wonderful articles, what it means to be a man in this age and increased my awareness of the major events happening across the world, whether it's from nature or from humanity. I stumbled into RVF sometime before joining thanks to the "Latest Forum Threads" feature.

My favourite article is the Hegelian Dialectic article by Roosh. Many things in life have this dynamic, from the global level to the social/personal level. I think that game/neomasculinity describes some instances of this in social interactions, but it's well hidden without finding its hints.

The ROK comments section reminded me of the [X]chan image boards with all of the various viewpoints and rate of commenting. There were so many interesting points raised by numerous people in the comment section.

Just like the phoenix, it may be down right now,

The next step in the process is to identify key points & hidden wisdom in anything you read or experience. The interesting thing is that much of it is hidden in plain sight. The following five quotes below are a good guide to begin rightly dividing the word of truth.

Revelation 18:4 KJV
Quote:Quote:

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that all of you be not partakers of her sins, and that all of you do not receive her plagues.

Isaiah 28:9-10 KJV
Quote:Quote:

Whom shall he teach knowledge?
and whom shall he make to understand doctrine?
them that are weaned from the milk,
and drawn from the breasts.
For precept must be upon precept,
precept upon precept;
line upon line, line upon line;
here a little, and there a little
:

2 Timothy 2:15-17 KJV
Quote:Quote:

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. And their word will eat as doth a canker:

2 Timothy 3:16-17 KJV
Quote:Quote:

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

1 Thessalonians 5:21-22 KJV
Quote:Quote:

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Abstain from all appearance of evil.

The majority, who are travelling on the broad path, are well described in the following quotes:

Isaiah 28:11-13 KJV
Quote:Quote:

For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.
To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.
But the word of the Lord was unto them
precept upon precept, precept upon precept;
line upon line, line upon line;
here a little, and there a little;
that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

Isaiah 41:21-24 KJV
Quote:Quote:

Produce your cause, saith the Lord;
bring forth your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob.
Let them bring them forth, and shew us what shall happen:
let them shew the former things, what they be,
that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them;
or declare us things for to come.
Shew the things that are to come hereafter,
that we may know that ye are gods:
yea, do good, or do evil, that we may be dismayed, and behold it together.
Behold, ye are of nothing,
and your work of nought:
an abomination is he that chooseth you
.

Everything changes when you can read through something extensively, attain hidden insights & then experience new ways of thinking.

I would also like to pay homage to ROK. When I first read some of the game articles my mind was blown but it all made sense.

So thank you Roosh for all the hard work and sacrifices you have made to help men like me.

Eventually you just run out of stuff to write about. I stopped writing my legal blog awhile ago due to general burnout, and I just didn't have anything interesting to say. It still exists, and the articles are still up, but I haven't generated any new content for awhile.

It's the same reason I don't start a lot of new threads on the forum anymore. I've said everything I have to say, and I don't know there is much more I can contribute.

Plus, like Roosh said, death by 1000 paper cuts is real. Eventually when you make too many enemies, it takes a toll. When you're getting sabotaged left and right, it's hard to sustain anything.

Do we have any numbers as to how many visitors or page views ROK was getting each month?

I listened to the recent Kingmaker pod cast from within the last few weeks, and seem to remember Roosh mentioning one million distinct visitors but think that was for the forum and not the ROK web site?

My impression is that over the past few years that ad revenue has declined dramatically for all web sites; one sign being how some web sites have ads all over the place in what looks like, to me, an attempt to mitigate declines in ad revenue per displayed or clicked ad.

I, and a number of other people, question how effective internet ads are, since it seems like the incremental revenue many times does not cover the cost of the ads.

I have tried various internet advertising campaigns at times for my customers, and have gotten little, to in some cases, none, increase in sales from ad campaigns and wonder why anyone spends anything on internet ad campaigns.
