Man, this thread has been great reading. So much of it resonates with me, and I realize that much of my dry spell here in Oki can be attributed to MASSIVE overgaming. I made the conscious decision to improve myself, and have learned to project confidence and generate that indifferent, asshole vibe. The meta-cognition that has been going on the past 2-3 years has evolved, but the result is still the same: I experience apathy, or don't overcome it. I think I definitely have internal blocks that I place too high a premium on and generally think too much. When I'm high, which rarely is the case, I get soooooooooo paranoid and self-conscious. This is the same for when I'm about to go out at night.

I don't know what to do, I could probably just try being friendly at this point, because I forget how much I've changed externally (and internally), that it's taking some time for me to catch up and realize so.

Its not a disadvantage, so much as its a different approach. The issue arises when the model guy ACTS like an average guy, throws people off because women are going to make assumptions about his character before he ever speaks.

Imagine you're dealing with two guys, one is wearing a suit, one is wearing a trashbag like a poncho, if they both walked up and said "hi, how are you" and stuck out there hand for a handshake, would you treat them both the same?

Damn this is one hell of a thread.

I have been told by a few girls that I am gorgeous. I've been told by a few girls that I look like an Abercrombie model and I should be in Hollywood. A few girls have said that I'm "so fucking hot". Other girls have said "God you're so fucking cute". And then other girls have not thought or said any of these things and probably didn't think I was attractive. I would rate myself as a 7.5 or 8, and I just don't see how some of these girls think I'm as attractive as they do, but I guess it boils down to different preferences. It could be my look as well, as I have a baby face, and I feel like girls either think I'm super hot or average.

I just discovered this blog about a month ago so almost every time I've gotten laid, it's been because a girl approached me, I found out she liked me through a friend, ect. I was little bitch with girls in high school; I was a fairly popular athlete and I kind of knew that girls liked me but I was too much of a pussy to do anything about it, so I didn't get laid until I was 19 and in college.

If you're using terms like "meta-cognition" in relation to your emotional/sex life, I think this is a sign of excessive intellectualization, you probably have avoidant features and have to deal with shyness. I would rather not be Asian at all. I actually agree though, no other girl from different races likes Asian guys really that much from what I've seen no matter how tall he is. But,if you haven't achieved anything with your life or landed your special chick by the time your looks start to fade then you might be at a disadvantage ,if you haven't had to develop a personality up till then.
