It depends a lot on your attitude. In most countries outside the Anglo-sphere the arrogant entitled attitude doesn't fly. Additionally, guys who have it easy are more likely to be lazy and not learn proper game.
Looks are important though, especially if you are aim for top quality. You can be lucky and end up with a girl outside your league but it's much easier to learn game and be attractive It can save you a lot of time, pain and effort.

@Salvadore, makes a legit point. Let's get someone to post a legit map instead of bashing the OP. There are many countries/regions where white guys do not do well, some of these places can be outright dangerous if you do not look like a local and hit on the local girls. Middle East is not recommended for sure. Another place that I would say is terrible for game for a pale white guy like myself is Jamaica. Also, there are many places in USA where I would say white guys have it tough. For example many of the large cities that have a majority minority, ie, African-American population white guys are at a disadvantage.

Now, she has a mental picture in her head of the type of guy she wants. Sometimes that picture has no ethnicity attached... but probably 75% of the time it does. Depends what you consider to be White, Someone like Jason Biggs shouldnt be considered White. White For me are stereotypical Scandinavians, Dutch, Germans, and to some extent Eastern Europe/Baltic countries.

This isn't backed by the numbers. The overwhelming majority of Hollywood heart throbs are white. Couple things worth noting, in regards to the dating market for white men:

1. Being white makes you a global minority. Perhaps if you live in a European-roots country then you don't notice it as much, but actually there's not many whites in the world in comparison to Asians, Africans and Hispanics. Being white is relatively rare in a global sense, therefore there's a level of scarcity value attached to this.

So when a white man gets an SMV boost by going abroad, this difference is accentuated because the rest of the world doesn't have many of you so it's valued more.

2. Being white is still perceived with being "wealthy" or from a developed country. This is inaccurate and not true in many example, such as Saudis, Israelis and South Koreans are much wealthier than Ukrainians... but nevertheless this stereotype still exists in the world. Therefore this boosts white men's SMV in the developing world.

3. Whites are attractive, on average. Yes of course they age more from the sun, and blemishes/wrinkles/pigmentation etc will show up more on white skin compared to dark skin. And yes of course people will have different tastes, from their own perspective. If you don't use a typical American's unhealthy lifestyle, then from a genetic point of view, whites have good aesthetics.

Now before everyone gets all defensive and ad hominem, yes there are also inherent advantages for other ethnicities, this is not supposed to be some sort of pissing contest.

I think you're only partly correct, but I would say that the value of white men and darker men is falling around the world.

The value of men is falling around the world due the spread of anti-male sexist feminism, and also the rise in government welfare spending, globalisation and cheap travel.

In the past decades due to developing world economic growth and the growing middle class now darker men from emerging economies can compete with European men, because historically they couldn't. The best countries are anywhere that is not US, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, NZ, South Africa.
