You need to learn how to Power Nap.
Drew Brees, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, and tons of CEOs/Executives do this. I do it and have been doing it for years. Check out this list of incredible men in history that did the same thing
here. Some people do this to such a science that they only sleep 3 hours at night. I do not recommend that unless you really know what you are doing.
There is a reason why these men work the insane amount of hours or have these insane training regiments.
Also, you need to learn how to sleep on sleep cycles. 1.5 hours is better than 2 hours of sleep for example.
For every person like President Trump or Obama sleeping only 5 hours a day, the vast majority of the world cannot operate like that at an optimum level. It will catch up to you and give you testosterone wrecking conditions like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, high amounts of cortisol in your body, diminished cognitive function, etc.
When I used to go out clubbin whatever amounts of time per week, I worked a 7-4 schedule. Came home around 5 or 5:30. Took a nap for 1.5 hours or 3, took care of things around the house or errands, left the house around 8-9 to pre-club meet up with the fellas (play xbox, cards, listen to music and talk shit to each other usually) then we would roll up to the club around 9 or 10pm depending on how long dudes be bullshitting or they want to smoke weed before we go up to the door.
Everyone else is dragging ass by 1AM. Me? Nope. Felt good until about 4AM. If I drank heavy I would be dragging ass by 3, which I only did if I knew I wasn't pulling shit that night. Still pretty good all things considered.
There are some good books out there on Powernapping. Powernapping can prevent jetlag too.
