My ex-girlfriend's ex added me on facebook?

So broke up with my girlfriend like a month ago and now suddenly her ex-boyfriend first made a friend request to me on facebook.

I accepted. An hour or so later I saw her go online for a minute and she should probably been able to see in the feed that both her ex-boyfriends became friends on facebook. Then suddenly soon after I saw my ex-girlfriend online, he deleted me off there. And them two are not friends on facebook btw.

She became kind cold at the end of the last month we were together, so I have my doubts. Anyway, I took a few printscreens.

I feel like trolling her but also kind of curious finding out if they're seeing each other again. Any ideas?

Thinking about texting her and asking what it was about.

Seriously dude? Who gives a fuck.

You're that curious about your ex and want to troll her?

Why would you waste your time on shit that's in the past?

Move on with your life, don't add girls on facebook, and don't add your ex's friends/boyfriends on facebook.

Should not be tempting. Leave the past in the past.

Not trying to be a dick, but do you secretly enjoy drama? It might be worth asking yourself, not least because of the content of this thread.

There actually is something worth talking about as far as being part of a mutual ex-boyfriend club.

During a relationship, all you know about a woman comes from the stories she tells you. Naturally, she's going to portray herself in as positive a light as possible, which usually means demonizing the exes. I think this is a key reason why pedestalization happens. You only hear her side of the story and naively accept it at face-value. If you lock in-sync with her and demonize the exes, then you wouldn't consider ever communicating with them. But maybe they're no worse than you or me...

Imagine, as a thought experiment, that you could do the equivalent of a background check and ask her ex boyfriends what they thought of her to see how they compare to her stories... It would be useful.

After a breakup if there was any decent attraction you usually go through a fact-finding phase sort of like what happens after a plane-crash. I could understand why someone might want to compare notes with an earlier ex. I've not done it before but I was really tempted to reach out once. I did wind up having an unusual dialogue with one of my ex's female friends...but all that did was illustrate that my ex only wanted to associate with people who gave her unconditional validation. Tough love was unwelcome and that was a key reason I got the short end of the stick.

I don't see the value of adding an ex-bf purely as a passive-aggressive spiteful move.

I've learned that it's extremely important to be conscious when you meet anyone (female or otherwise) is that what they say about themselves is a whitewashed accounting. You might get more of a balanced portrait if you ask other people who know them what they think.

Tell them too much, they wouldn't understand; tell them what they know, they would yawn.
They have to move up by responding to challenges, not too easy not too hard, until they paused at what they always think is the end of the road for all time instead of a momentary break in an endless upward spiral

Yeah, and especially you who don't have a life and have to spend hours every single day providing gifs, memes and oneliners and think that provides much of value. Keyboard-playboy deluxe.

Funnily I also received a lot of cred here for calling you out and being an autistic mongoloid and a shit poster who don't provide much of value and only makes shitty datasheets to receive recognition and do attention whoring on here.

They wanted me to go harder on you before I leave but I figured you're too fucking autistic to grasp what it means to be a retard so just leave it like this.

No, you should definitely go harder on me.

Too bad all your fans aren't alpha enough (unlike you) to call me out themselves.

I wonder... would it be useful to do that check before takeof? Or is it just that you should not watch "plane chrash investigations" on discovery before take-off?

I decided not to do so, because i burned some ships behind me, and that does not look favourable on a captains CV.
