On the topic of buying Organic. Deep Nutrition recommends those on a budget to skip buying Organic Fruits and Vegetables, and use that money to buy Organic meats instead.
Reason being, if you rinse Fruits and Vegetables as your supposed to, your exposure to pesticides is negligible. In meats, which have fat content however, both beneficial nutrients AND bad chemicals tend to get concentrated in the fat. So going Organic with meat helps minimize your exposure to the bad, and increase the level of the good. If you can with meat and dairy try to get grass-fed, it's WAY healthier.

This is very much true. Modern mass-produced meat is complete crap. Organic fruits and veg has become a gimmick and the price reflects it.

On the topic of meat and such, I'll say that Milk should be cut out too. We have no business drinking cows milk. If anybody wants to argue this think for a second why you would need to consume something that is meant to grow a baby steer into a animal that weighs as much as a car. Then ask your self why you don't drink human breast milk after you reach a certain size?

I've been off dairy milf for 3 months now and feel good. I still eat Yogurt and Cheese from time to time but I drink Rice and Almond (Soy milk isn't good either) milk now and its been a good switch.

Some organic juices are legit. you know its legit when they expire whiten a few days of cracking them. Do they have to be pasteurized though? One thing I don't look on labels for, always wondered.
