5 grams of creatine monohydrate per day with a small amount of a non acidic sugarry beverage like grape juice, or some dextrose.

If you ask me creatine is an essential for heavy lifters. It's also dirt cheap. It's one of the few supplements that really really works.

With that said, even though it works, it does not work drastically. Don't expect anything incredible at all.

I buy my creatine from My protein (it’s 100% pure without colorants, sweeteners, or harmful stuff. I take the creapure version.

I take Creatine with Beta Alanine, HMB and Citrulline Malate. All toghether 2 times per day. All togheter is better than just creatine...

Yes it works, if you are working really hard and have your training and diet really dialled in.
Also, stay hydrated around the clock!
