I would like an honest opinion from you guys about where I stand now.
I have been averaging 6~7 lays a year for the last three years and started with 1 to 2 lays at most in my beta days. This, of course, does not include make outs etc. I got serious about gaming about 3 years ago with breaks here and there because of stress at work among others. Do you think it's reasonable progress? Should I be banging much more than that by now?

Don't measure your success on how many women you fuck in a year. It's an arbitrary number anyway as we all have cold streaks that can affect this (among other things).

Rather, when you look yourself in the mirror are you happy with what you see? Do you feel like you are a better man today than you were yesterday? Did you complete the goals you set for yourself this year?

Improve yourself first and foremost. The women will come, or they won't. It doesn't matter. They shouldn't be a requirement of your quality of life.

Vill@in has it correct. Measuring your personal progress in life using "lays obtained" as a yardstick is like measuring an orchestra by how crisp the triangle sounds.

Sit down, think about your life and what you want to achieve.

Right a list of goals, and then a plan to achieve those goals.

If women is very far down the list, or missing off the list then you are doing it right, and the pussy will come to you.

Do you feel you have access to women when you want them? I.e., if you decide you want to get a FB/FWB/gf, can you go meet women (or game girls from your social circle) and make it happen? If you don't, you probably feel dissatisfied. If you do, then actual counts don't matter, the feeling of freedom is what should give you satisfaction.

Some guys here are posting big double-digit hauls each year. Others are working on 1-4 longer-term things in a year. A lot of the guys in each group are equally happy.

Lots of sound advice here already. I'll chime in with my two cents.

Skills with women are extremely multifaceted. Relationship skills are equally as important as pickup skills. You can grow just as much as a person with one or two girlfriends for a year as you can sticking your dick in everything you see

I personally found it useful to track my progress in picking up by meticulously counting my approaches, nights out, dates and lays... but there isn't a cookie cutter method to 'progress' in game

I thought for a long time banging 100 girls would turn me into the 'player' I always wanted to be, but once I got there it didn't make me any happier.

Agreed with everyone else and I will ask a better question to you. Let’s say I go out and bang 30 girls in 30 days but all of them or almost all of them are absolute hogs, like 2/10 would be generous. I still got 30 bangs in 30 days, is that an achievement I should be proud of?
