Gents, I propose a game of 'guess the map'

See at first I was going to say "which countrys are bluest" because I'm a low IQ minority.

After closer inspection I thought maybe its a map of which country's residents subtly want to start race threads hidden behind some nonsensical map bullshit.

Turns out im right. My wealth has gotten me this snazzy Samsung thing made by high IQ Koreans, so I pushed the picture until " Google this image" came up. I know this is against the rules, but I'm playing the IQ card.

This means I win, even though Linux beat me to it, but I get affirmative action, so heres my map:

You guessed the first one - it's countries that have diplomatic relations with USA bat have no extradition treaty.

Second guess is wrong. Obviously it would have included Australia then.

Edit: I don't think this is actually the source of this map, but if I change my answer from gallons to liters, it's almost perfect. The biggest difference is that Brazil and Chile are neck and neck on alcohol consumption, but Chile is well ahead in this map.

Pirate, is there an obvious correlation between the actual map subject and alcohol consumption?

You are correct. Its in litres. I took the title out but not the legend, perhaps leaving it a bit easy.
