Why is no one in the MSM talking about John James?

Because he's dangerous.

Young good looking conservative black man with his head screwed on right.

Very dangerous.

John James is the single most persuasive candidate I've seen in this cycle. Ranks very high on all the criteria I used to call Trump two years ago.

Trump knows this, which is why he's called him a star. He knows one because he is one.

John James, if he wins tonight, is the future. He will claim the mantle as the leader of black conservatism and Blexit, and from there, spell absolute disaster for the Democrats.

He's young. A flash runt and a newbie. Sucks but that is how it goes. Also there is still more time to go for that race.

Black Republicans historically get ignored hardcore. Ask Herman Cain or J. C. Watts. Cain put his foot in his mouth a couple times and suddenly got more attention for all the wrong reasons. JC Watts is like James. SUPER clean cut. Sometimes that is a bad thing. It's like how "nice guy" black men suffer in the game.

Fingers crossed it holds. This would be the most important strategic victory of the night. Seriously.

Heh.
Would be an amusing outcome if the current 'stars' of the D's fail to win (Beto, Gillum, Abrams).

That would leave the D's with nothing but their clowns (Ocasio-Cortez, Warren, Feinstein).

Indeed. That is a third of the battle tonight.

1. Don't reward their bad behavior.
2. Demoralize.
3. Destroy their ability to build a farm team.

Florida Republican for Attorney General Ashley Moody just confirmed winner, that's a good sign I think. Too bad this faggot state just banned offshore oil and gas drilling. It's all in the wording, I knew it'd pass based on that.

Most Texas counties love Cruz in a huge way. He is now leading at this moment and I hope he brings the victory.

Fox just called the House for the Dems. Da Fuq?

Only because they have a +2 lead so far. That is why. That is a bit too sensational since half the country is not even close to being done with voting and counting.... They have been too stupid all night.

I thought they only flipped 2 seats. Not that they're leading in the House itself.

Yes that is correct. Now they might also be looking at exit polls in all the other states and are deciding to be first to report it all because mathematically they are more likely to be right than wrong.

Used to be it was considered a tad bit unethical or silly to declare based off exit polling. There are many examples of exit polls being wrong in the past. Maybe they calculated for that, maybe not. They have more resources than I do to count up stuff so they might be right. Remember when that pollster in Clinton's campaign saw Hillary lose 3 counties in Florida that night and sent them all a message that Hillary lost, several hours before everyone else did? That could be the case here.

One of those Fox polling guys was talking on Varney earlier about doing a different approach than relying on exit polls. It sounds like they are relying on phone surveys.

Phone surveys? Yeeesh! I dunno about that. Phone surveys is laregly what caught Gallup with their pants down in 2016.

They better triple check their math otherwise they will embarrass themselves badly. This might be also why they were sucking off the Dems before the night started. They probably looked at all their surveys for pre-show prep and thought Dems would win.

Seems stupid. Being first to call does not really mean all that much.

If they're calling the House before over 100 individual races are even decided yet they're boneheads.

Could be a ploy to get Californians not to vote in those House races though since polling still open. Would favor R's.

Karl Rove said Cruz will win handily. He said there is no way Cruz loses. He said that most of that Beto jump came from some absentee ballots off college campuses that were counted first. He said the panhandle and other parts will make Cruz's numbers take off. I agree with him.

Ok then I know I am not crazy then if Larry is saying the same thing I am thinking and posting.

In some ways this is worse than 2000 with Gore. I have never seen it like this before. Are they using some IBM Big Data Analytics Engine nonsense in the back curtain? Very strange.

Fox news has a new woman CEO who hates Trump, seems like a dumb way to get back at him.

There's a brown wave at my house tonight, the chili I ate yesterday just caused the toilet to back up.

Funny theory but that is just silly. They are going to hurt and damage their own reputation and brand if they end up wrong at the end of the night. Playing dirty isn't good for business. But on the otherhand... politics is their core business.... you might be on to something there Gmac.

predictit odds have collapsed for a Republican controlled HOUSE (so i just bought more shares, as they are too cheap not too).

NYT dial is at >95% for a D controlled senate.

How the heck do they know this so soon??

edit for writing senate instead of house

Sounds like some of these places calling the house/senate early could be hoping to dissuade any more voters from going out to vote.
