Don't forget Postal. It's not the greatest movie, but the protagonist transforms from a beta bitch who his fat wife orders around while she's getting fucked and other people push around to a badass alpha who kills half of the town, finds himself a hottie and blows up his wife and her lovers which were pushing him around constantly.

I'm submitting Into the Wild just because he lives his life how he wants and breaking free from social norms. Many people I've watched it with just don't get it.

Didn't he walk into the Alaskan Wilderness with no compass, no map, a bag of rice and .22 caliber rifle and die of starvation cause he didnt know what he was doing?

Alpha behavior has to involve some form of mastery, otherwise it's just stupidity.

What about Snatch? I don't believe there are many game elements, but Brick Top is the most alpha motherfucker I have ever seen.

I nominate "A Streetcar Named Desire":
http://youtu.be/bmQcX8hE33w

Brando's character in this film is a drunk, a woman-beater, and an emotional trainwreck. But watch the way he carries and conducts himself - his demeanor and mannerisms. It's a very forceful performance.

One of my exes described it as watching a wild animal in its natural habitat.

The Straw Dogs remake. The girl's ex-boyfriend played by Alexander Skarsgard is a proto typical asshole alpha. James Marsden does a great job of playing someone who could maybe be a contextual alpha in an SWPL environment and is handsome, so you can see how he could have originally landed a very hot looking Kate Bosworth even though he generally comes off as very traditionally beta. You can tell in her behavior that she is in need of some alpha taming and is constantly testing Marsden for some boundaries.

Kate Bosworth also had an amazing acting performance during the rape scene. She is hesitant and resisting, but at the same time she really conveys that she wants to submit to Skarsgard's super alpha character and still fantasizes about the sex they used to have. I was really impressed with how well they did this scene. They walked a fine line with it.

In general this movie has a lot of interesting dynamics from a red pill perspective that are there if you know what to look for.

Gonna try to watch most the movies in this thread, always looking for good stuff to watch and never able to find anything.
Here's my contribution, an indie movie that didn't get very good ratings at all but I thouroughly enjoyed it. There's no real story, just a lot of dialogue that incites thought. The movie is called Frenemy (Alternative title: Little Fish, Strange Pond).

Un Coeur en Hiver / A Heart in Winter

Another french love triangle story. Maxime is the owner of a violin repair shop who begins seeing Camille, an up and coming violinist. Stephane is Maxime's business partner and master luthier at the workshop.

Stephane is a laconic sociopath who Camille finds charming. I enjoyed watching her hamster rev up over this guy's silent & aloof style. [Image: banana.gif]

Mar Adentro / The Sea Inside

Javier Bardem stars as Ramon Sampedro, a real life quadriplegic who lobbied for the right to euthanasia. Ramon was portrayed as being cocky, using both innuendo and explicit come-ons to banter with the women in his life. He ran jealousy game on his lawyer and radio host fangirl to great success. He was bald and could only move from the neck up, but you only need a silver tongue to run game. As the saying goes, contrast is king.

"The whole point of being alpha, is doing what the fuck you want.
That's why you see real life alphas without chicks. He's doing him.

Real alphas don't tend to have game. They don't tend to care about the emotional lives of the people around them."

A great movie that many would not have seen is cyranno de bergerac. The 1950 version is the only one I have watched. The main character in it is an example of everything a man here should wish to be, and yet an example of a man's insecurities and lack of confidence ruining everything for him.

from an analysis of the play
"Cyrano is courageous, poetic, witty, and eloquent. He is a remarkable fighter, poet, musician, and philosopher, as well as a lover of beauty, ideals, and values. Never presented in a bad or unflattering light, Cyrano is difficult to dislike. Throughout the play, Cyrano acts according to his uncompromising sense of values and morals. He remains steadfast in his pursuit to become an honorable man and comes to represent the kind of man that everyone would like to be—and more. Cyrano displays bravado reminiscent of the warrior tradition, never talking himself or others out of a fight. Cyrano’s brashness has earned him many enemies. His lack of self-confidence and low self-esteem, however, prove to be his most potent adversaries. More powerful than the simple flaw from which they grew—his nose—Cyrano’s insecurities prevent him from attaining what he cherishes most: love. "

Just watched Killer Joe

Absolutely amazing performance by Matthew McConaughey. Brutal, unwavering, a straight up IV injection of red pill in high concentration. Watching McConaughey's character control and dominate those around him is mesmerizing. Not for the faint-hearted.

Loved the movie, but got a cramp in my neck from trying to read all the subtitles.
I don't know about Europe, but going to see a dialogue-heavy foreign movie in the usa can really suck. If you are in a theater.

Didn't they move the remake location from rural England to rural USA (southern)? Guess Hollywood needs some group to hate.

THE KEEP (80's)
Absolute cheese from Michael Mann. Horror fantasy of Nazis vs. Fiends From Hell of the most corn-pone plot imaginable.
So why do I love this movie?
The ending.
To watch the old professor find his backbone at the conclusion is inspiring. The red pill excellente.
And Scott Glenn strolls in with his magic penis and blows shit away.
Beats anything in the STAR WARS prequels.

Sort of....

It's easy to get that interpretation to the story if you just watch the movie. It's also easy to get the interpretation if you just listen to the mainstream public, especially those in Alaska, who were so set on writing him off as an idiot.

But read the book. Jon Krakaeur put out a pretty convincing argument that he did know what he did know what he was doing and made a very honest, very reasonable mistake with the seeds he ate that killed him.

Beyond All Seas

To be your own man is a hard business. If you try it, you'll be lonely often, and sometimes
frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself." - Kipling
