But how long does it take for a girl to transition from alphas to betas? Is it a slow process over X amount of years? (2,3,4 years?)

On the flip side, what if the girl's VERY LAST relationship was with a hardcore alpha and then she quickly jumps into a relationship with the beta provider. Is that too short of a gap to prove that she's truly done with the alphas?

Generally at that age range, a girl will think "Gee, I keep getting pumped and dumped yet all I want is a nice guy to settle down with and pop out some kids. I want that fairy tale wedding I was promised in all those Disney movies". Alpha Chad has no interest in giving her this. So once a girl has rode that Cock Carousel, she'll hamster that stability with Beta Bob is more important than Chad's aloof, idgaf attitude. Her hamster has convinced her she is beyond meaningless sex.

There are exceptions, of course. Maybe Alpha Chad has decided he likes the girl as she meets all his criteria and she has 1950's values. The onus then falls on Chad not to become complacent and morph into Beta Bob.

A woman's decisions and actions are predetermined by her genetic make up (millions of years in the making)- her body craves the strongest seed for reproduction. Women don't rationalize these thoughts...they just 'feel' and let that determine her course of action. Sure Beta Bob provides financial stability but he's predictable and boring. Women need excitement. At some point she'll turn on the TV or hear her friends talk about how she can have both financial stability (alimony, child support) AND still ride that Alpha dick. Her hamster may chew on that for awhile but at some point she'll make the jump and divorce. Free to live out her new lease on life.

Don't assume all girls settle for a beta provider.

Assume she has many options and so should you. Women in the age 26-32 with options in the West aren't interested in marrying lesser men.

Her "integrity" isn't going to leave her satisfied with neglecting one of her two conflicting biological imperatives to seek out the best provider for her prospective children and also get her cervix bruised up properly during the production of those children.
