Excellent post. I see a lot of truth to the theory of younger women attracted to older men. I am in my early 50's and in good shape dress well, can speak well and have some game, and I have been told by women that I am good looking. But my results so far have not been very good. And I am going to try some of your ideas here and see how they work.

I make it a point to talk to younger women everytime I am out and I get quite a few receptive conversations. But transitioning to picking them up or dating them is a mystery to me. Who do you look for? Are there any tells right off? Other than goth chicks or women with tats and piercings?

I'll argue that older guys are actually less appealing to younger women for a few reasons in the west now:

1. Women don't have as much of a need for a provider as they used to since they are starting to dominate colleges and career fields. Older guys cannot leverage their money and career like they used to be able to since women don't have as much of a need for it.

2. Sex shaming from feminists and jealous WKs is becoming more rampant so women are even more weary about who they hook up with.

3. In the social media age where appearing "cool" is so important, women care even more about looks than they used to, so a handsome young guy is more appealing than a grey-haired older guy.

That is not to say it can't be done, because people will think I am saying to give up. It is to say that older guys who do manage to get younger women that are hot have a certain sense of cool to them that attracts younger women.

I kind of feel like girls going for older guys is a meme. Like a beer said girls don't really need a provider these days and even if they do they can easily find some pushover to give them money and they most likely won't consider that guy their boyfriend.

Everything is about appearances and girls these days don't want to be seen with a guy that is to old. I feel there is an age gap where girls might consider it hot but then there is an age where they start considering the guy old, I'm wondering around were that is. However it is much lower then a lot of guys on here are saying, I doubt college girls would consider a 50 year old hot but they could possibly consider a wealthy 30 year old that has his shit together attractive.
