Shared diary app

Hello gents

I am putting together something for a new ski school next year and I'm hunting around from an app for smartphones that runs a shared diary between a number of ski instructors. (Obviously it doesn't have to be ski specific, just a shared diary app would be good).

I could use google calendar but I don't want those bastards knowing what I'm doing.

If the app could also take the client appointments in the app and generate an e-invoice, even better.

Do any of you know of or use such an thing?

Any input appreciated.

I don't have an immediate suggestion but does it need to work without internet, or are you always going to be online?

Edit - Oh, and what do you mean by "diary" exactly?

Tell them too much, they wouldn't understand; tell them what they know, they would yawn.
They have to move up by responding to challenges, not too easy not too hard, until they paused at what they always think is the end of the road for all time instead of a momentary break in an endless upward spiral

I think he means to make appointments, schedule etc, like an agenda/calender.

You could start with looking into shared calendars with Google.

Data Sheet Maps | On Musical Chicks | Rep Point Changes | Au Pairs on a Boat
Captainstabbin: "girls get more attractive with your dick in their mouth. It's science."
Spaniard88: "The "believe anything" crew contributes: "She's probably a good girl, maybe she lost her virginity to someone with AIDS and only had sex once before you met her...give her a chance.""

I'm really wary of Google ever since I noticed that it showed up all the places that Mrs SP had been on a Google map I saw once. I'm very reluctant to give any extra info to those people.

I need an agenda/calendar app that I can load lesson details into and then Assign them to other instructors. Obviously on the app in their phone they would see the detail of the lesson, client name, ski level etc etc

I'm not sure if anyone particularly cares but I found an app that works. It's called Timetree.

Free app, you can set up any agenda you want and then add people to share it with you. You can add appointments, assign appointments to people, add locations, client info etc etc.

You can have multiple agendas with different people added to them.

It's exactly what I was looking for and has a widget for my android phone which means I can leave the planner open on my phone home screen.

Posting the info here in case anyone needs it in the future.

You could consider:
https://uk.groups.yahoo.com/neo

This allows multiple people to individually set up an account. Then one of them creates a "group", and allows all the others access to it.
It has a diary function that allows each person to post a diary entry for a particular date, with data, visible to the others.
I am in a flying group, and we use it to schedule use of our aircraft.

Thanks for this, I specifically wanted to stay away from Google/yahoo etc though. They already collect enough data on people's whereabouts.
