I agree as well...just because a video or image has been posted on a well known or public website (like twitter) does not automatically make it safe to repost on this forum. You can find yourself facing serious lifelong criminal charges for disseminating highly illegal content. Even if you did not produce the image or video (or have anything to do with it) the mere act of spreading it round by reposting is enough to incriminate you.

Think 3 times before you repost or link to dangerous content, and if still in doubt send a pm to a moderator first.

Roosh, what about disturbing artwork images that are considered child porn by nature? They are now starting to pop up on Twitter all over the place. Quite honestly, those artwork images are extremely sickening to see and they shouldn't be posted on this forum.

Budoslavic: Child porn is a specific legal matter (hi, lawyer here). In most, if not all, states, the subject's being young and naked isn't enough, it must be in a lascivious manner, that is, not just focusing on the child as a sexual object, but actually positioning the child in a way that would arouse someone who's into that shit. Hence, underage kid standing full-frontal naked isn't considered CP, but the same kid spread-eagled (even if wearing underwear) is.

I just wanted to clear up your concern a little. Keep on being disgusted and dismayed, however. Just because we have "laws" in this area doesn't mean we have justice.

Also, a word to anyone who DOES accidentally stumble upon CP: report it to the police right away, and you should be able to immunize yourself from any prosecution (you may still have your hard drive confiscated*, however, so don't have anything ELSE on there that you don't want the police seeing)

As in all web browsing, never click on a suspicious link. If you're curious about something, you should be able to find the same info from a search, and therefore a trusted source.

* This still requires a warrant unless you consent to it. Demand the warrant. No way will merely reporting a suspected crime to the police give them Probable Cause to obtain the warrant unless you also give them other reasons to believe you're shady.

people have been targeted for enforcement for fully clothed children in lascivious poses, and also innnocent poses - parents giving kids a bath or something. Prudence here is well worth effort.

I read somewhere that Kubrick's original idea was to expose the fact that under age 18 boys and girls were at these illegal elite private parties, but I don't know if there is any evidence for him saying or writing that.

Kubrick's daughter Vivian has done some interviews with Alex Jones where she alludes to some of this stuff, but she doesn't come across as 100% mentally stable and was estranged from her father for a long time, so take what she says with a lot of caution.

Someone mentioned it in another thread, but such a revelation would be the rubicon moment for our society marking the end of both the republican and democratic parties and several other big name elites.
