I've spent more time autisming(?) over why it is certain visual cues seem sexy and how this results in cartoony exaggeration to a level that real women physically...simply can't achieve.
You know what I'm talking about. Anime chicks with super long thin legs or Jessica Rabbit types with super skinny waists and wide hips or the doe-eyed almost grey-alien look of Rapunzel, Elsa, and Anna. There's obviously a math formula behind waist-to-hip ratio and neotonous facial features but it's one of those things that...if the ratio pushes beyond what you see even in supermodels then it will be even MORE of a turnon. That's why a lot of guys are into toon fetishes and it's why women are already triggered by this.
That's the kind of thing sexbots could deliver because they aren't bound by any biological requirements.
I think by now that the proliferation of exaggerated toon porn has already pushed boundaries and we could see more and more outlandish fantasies. Elves, Orion slavegirls, furry animals, etc...
Because in animation they have a way to make the viewers feel in certain way and they aim to trigger that biological response in the brain.
When a character designer wants the viewer to feel protective toward a character, they draw the character cute, and by cute I mean a head to
body proportion where the head and eyes are oversized in comparison to the rest of the body.
This is because humans and many animals have an instinct to protect the young, and anything that resemblance that make us feel cute i.e protective toward it.
So in animated movies they design character to like the two below, so the viewer automatically feel the same need to protect them as the hero of the movie.
When it comes to sex robot, is basically the same, what they want the man to feel and trigger that in the brain.
Waist to hip ratio, smooth skin long silky hair, big lips, flat stomach, and big eyes since men tend to feel protective toward women just like they do with kids, etc.
The people creating these design, and like anime, push these buttons in the brain of the men to 11 by accentuating the same proportion men find attractive.
You end up with stuff like this:
And this is what you mean with the "Anime chicks with super long thin legs or Jessica Rabbit types with super skinny waists and wide hips or the doe-eyed almost grey-alien look of Rapunzel, Elsa, and Anna."

In big part this is what the Jenner sister try to get with surgery.
If you want another example how powerful this is, look at the explanation about the movie Avatar and how the blue alien race have breast.
James Cameron explains: Why exactly do Na'vi have breasts?
Quote:Quote:
The Na'vi aren't mammals, right? No need to breastfeed, no need for nipples. So how come Zoe Saldana's character, Neytiri, has a pair of pixelated breasts?
James Cameron has already told Playboy that "Right from the beginning I said, 'She's got to have t-ts,' even though that makes no sense because her race, the Na'vi, aren't placental mammals."
But that still doesn't answer the question—why?
Turns out, according to Cameron, that it's all our fault.
As reported by The Huffington Post, when pressed for a better explanation by interviewer James Lipton during the taping of an upcoming episode of Inside the Actors Studio, Cameron said, "Because this is a movie for human people." Which he further explained basically means, "Let's focus on things that can create otherness that are not off-putting."

In other words, in order to make the female alien appealing to the audience, they gotta have human like feature we find attractive.
This is the kind of small details to take in account when creating a character and how you want the people to feel when they see it.
