Stop the race tag and baiting. Judge people individually on the basis of their character, Period.
The problem you have here is whether
you judge other people individually or not, you're not going to stop other people playing identity politics games.
Let's remove the race angle and simply look at how women behave. Women, in my experience, are almost always going to side with other women if it's a woman vs a man in a conflict. The assumption is the man is wrong, and if the woman is clearly at fault it's still the man's fault somehow.
Why? Because that's what they've been taught. They've been taught their prime identity is Woman, and their allegiance is always to Team Woman first. They've been taught men are the root of their problems.
And there are strong parallels in many minority groups. That's what they're taught damn near from birth. It's Critical Theory, a root component of the Frankfurt School, and it's taught in probably 99% of the schools in the country.
So it's nice to say things like just judge people individually and ignore skin color, religion, etc. That seems logical and the moral thing to do. But you don't just get to opt out of the culture war because you don't like the way the war is being waged. If you try, the other side(s)
are still at war with you.
