There are many other places to invest. Just because a country is good for investment does NOT mean it is not third world. As for the rest of your comment, come talk to me when you grow up. @Baldrich: I dont know your experience in Spain, i cant. But as an argentinian with spanish grandparents, Spain was more than welcoming to me, and no one treated me as a foreign. In the words of a security guard i meet in the Royal Museum in Madrid: "You guys, and the uruguayans are like the cousins you see often. The chileneans so-so. The rest are foreigns to us". So maybe you have spanish ancetry and talk with some castizo accents, but you are from the USA and the habits and mannerisms are notorious on you. Maybe is that why you are "El Americano".

Have you ever been to this country? Dude, I own property in Spain, have been countless times to Spain, and quite obviously speak fluent Spanish... Spaniards whom I know, are proud of Spain and their history. Nope. In Spain my mannerisms are completely Spanish...nobody would ever dream of thinking I was born in the US. So, wrong. Argentinians here are not always welcome. I've heard comments from security guards calling your people liars and thieves. In fact when I moved to Spain back in 2003 one of the first things I was told by a doorman in my building in Madrid was to be "careful with South Americans, especially Ecuadorians and "putos argentinos de mierda" was his exact quote. So I'm sorry if I don't accept your experience as universal. Spanish people will openly discriminate and talk bad about other nationalities. Sometimes they don't do it to your face, but believe me, you are still "el argentino". Your grandparents are from Spain, my PARENTS are from Spain so I have a more direct connection and see how many of them think.
