Making laws that are "tough on crime" and " protect children from predators " are easy to pass and popular with voters. Once these laws are on the books they are next to impossible to repeal because then the politicians look "soft on crime" and their political opponents use it against them. To make matters worse prosecutors abuse these laws to further their political careers, and ultimately have the discretion to arbitrarily apply these laws as they see fit.

I am a lawyer and I despise these laws being used to prosecute minors and destroy young men's lives. Most lawyers feel this way, but a prosecutor is going to do what benefits him career wise- this was a high profile case and that makes it ripe for career advancement and abusive prosecution.

Even today many married women do not care about physical infidelity, they care about commitment, if the husband is still good husband who support her and the kids she does not care if he is fucking some tail, the problem is when he start to commit to other woman.

A close friend of mine recently became a junior high school teacher grades 7-9.

In the 2 years hes been teaching he has heard of or been a witness to including but not limited to:

• Both female and male students offering him sexual favors to avoid trouble or to get a favorable grade

• A female student following him home and knocking on his door late at night asking to come inside
