Are you really going to tell me that he has no interest in meeting one or two members from this forum?

Nothing personal against the guy but something here is not right.

This is a fair statement when it comes to writing about game theory, and I don't have an answer to that.

I personally don't know if he does or doesn't have any interest in meeting anyone. I've never asked or read about it.

I know a few guys who are legit, that were skeptical about meeting other members, me included. Eventually I met up with some members. (Post Rape Article Fallout)

I also said, I take things with a grain of salt.

Trust but verify is ideal, but not always going to happen.

I still think Jariel games theory vs NTP's lifestyle has a huge difference.

I agree with everything you wrote except for game theory being easy. If it were so easy, why do very few people relatively speaking have any of it? Why do even fewer have actual good game? What are you expecting to see on a person that proves that they have great game, aside from going out hunting for hoes?

I have met maybe 8-9 people from the forum. Maybe only one of them actually looks like a player. None of them said anything better in person than what they have already written on the forum or said on a phone call. What are you guys trying to assess? Style and fashion? If I can discuss tailored suits and business wear for years on the forum and we meet in person but I have on a shirt and jeans with flip flops, does that mean I do not know fashion or style? Come on. You guys are looking for stuff that can be found before a meet up in person. Something even a phone call can even take care of. This shit sounds worst than bitches looking for excuses to call someone creepy.

I have no interest in meeting Jariel in person. I have never tried to meet him, I don't live in the same city as him and I have nothing against the guy, he actually gave me great info about Latin american cities and Miami, no grudges here.

However, we had people on this forum that claimed to be this and that but never met anybody, at the end we found that they were full of lies.

I don't think that this forum has a policy where forum members must meet others in order to become part of this community so I am not saying that he must meet other members but I just find it strange that you would be in a forum community for so many years and you have no interest in meeting any forum members. I have received tons of information after meeting certain members here that they never disclosed online, you can't go wrong by meeting members from here. To each his own, if he doesn't want to meet other members, all good.

Writing gaming theory is not the same as writing about physics or any other complex topic. According to your logic, a guy that writes good information about game is automatically a great player?

Stop calling members crybabies, we are simply having a normal discussion, you may want to read the forum policy again.

I had zero interest in meeting anyone here in person. Others asked me and I accepted. I personally do not go out of my way to initiate these things. I also understand that our anonymity is very important in protecting ourselves from being doxxed. There will come a day when some some male feminist working for the other side doxxes someone here or tries to do so. Some of us have alot to lose and ever since Roosh took on more fights with the mainstream, the stakes are even higher.

Game theory more complex than physics? If Social Engineering itself was so easy why do people spend literally billions if not trillions on it. The CIA ran many secret programs to build profiles on people to predict behavior, to help them with spying and terrorism. I think you are attempting to trivialize the social aspect of human interactions as less sophisticated than mathematical logic, when they are closer to equals in terms of complexity. Just because people can walk and talk to each other does not equal to life being easy by default.

I called no one a crybaby, you used that term. That was directed at Brian because he has done this multiple times already and it is getting really old now and he is attempting to start a fight that does not need to be started in this thread and is irrelevant to the topic. If anything, if you read the rules yourself you will find that if someone is constantly going from one thread to another to take swipes at other members for not wanting to meet them, it's technically trolling.

Joe moved this here rather than polluting another thread. It was going to happen regardless, but now it has more visibility and can also be ignored by people that don't care about the issue.

Regardless of how you feel about the issue, I think this is a good thing.

Has anyone met up with him in person?

I have received incredible amounts of value from my PMs with NTP and he has definitely contributed to a wide range of topics all over the forum. This is evident with his 83 reps with only 310 posts. *The evidence is certainly piling up but we need to wait for a response before he gets crucified.* I really hope you guys are wrong but I'm becoming more and more suspicious.

2) As pointed out by Suits above, the swimming claim. Here's an article on Michael Phelp's training regimen.

https://www.muscleprodigy.com/michael-ph...-and-diet/

"In peak training phases, Phelps swims minimum 80,000 meters a week, which is nearly 50 miles."

That comes out to ~11500 meters a day. Read the quote above posted by Suits. Apparently NTPs regimen surpasses that of Michael Phelps at 50+ years old.

Any competitive swimmers here? Please chime in.

The Phelps link above is broken.

Although I have no dog in this fight, and I've corresponded with NTP via PM for a bit, he gave me no reason to become suspicious of him. Plus he posted encouragement in my location independence thread.

However, I was a competitive swimmer throughout my entire childhood and halfway through college. That's about 16 years of going to swim practice every day.

During the peak of my swimming career, I topped out at 5,000 meters a day. And I was nowhere near the level of an Olympian. Some of that were two-a-days... once in the morning for 3,500 meters, and another 1,500 in the evening. Other days I did them all in one practice. It took me about 1.5-2 hours to cover that distance, and we're not even counting transportation to and from the pool, and time spent changing in the locker room.

And this workload kicked my ass. I got burned out multiple times on that workload, especially during the school year and doing other sports.

Guys like Michael Phelps are usually sponsored, so they could spend more time swimming than studying or working.

With NTP's posting history about traveling, sailing, managing LTRs with multiple women, I can't imagine doing 20,000 meters a day... let alone do the hardcore Phelps's 11,500m/day regimen.

When I meant easy, I meant as in compared to writing a vast and complicated life story of NTP. Frankly I'm not expecting anything but a good time if I ever meet more RVF members and to discuss like topics.

Clearly it isn't easy and needs to be learned

Yes, at age 48 years, 7 months my peak distance was 20,000 meters (long course) per day (low intensity doing 8,000-10,000 meters in the morning with weights (45-60 minutes) afterward 3-4 days per week followed by 8,000-12,000 meters in the afternoon. The afternoon workout was preceded by (30-45 minutes) of dryland training 3-4 days per week. Morning practice is generally in the water at 0500 and finishing at 0700-0730 (weights followed). In the afternoon, dryland training began at 1430 and then in the water at 1500-1515 until 1700-1800. Sometimes we had mental training in the evenings depending on the meso-cycles and competitions. Saturday practices were/are normally a 3 hour ordeal often with weights or dryland and/or mental training afterward. I dropped down to 18,000 meters peak distance shortly afterward during the next training cycle. Now I am at 16,000 meters peak distance and my next dip will be to 14,000-14,500 meters. My body fat is normally 6-6.5% during peak distance (where my fat intake is moderate, cholesterol in range and my T-levels near 800) and will drop down to 4.5-5% during taper where my body super compensates and I compete. When I am surfing more my body fat is 6-8% and I am a little meatier as surfing is more power and less endurance than swimming in general. If you are interested in workouts, sets, intervals or other specifics, send me a PM.

I am not calling anyone out of their name nor have I yet to do that. If you guys want to find reasons to lash out in a victim-like way because your newest flame was fraudulent, that is your choice and decision. Don't put words in my mouth. If someone called me at night and said Kaotic is in jail. I would still go bail you out. I have bailed out people much worse than you out of jail. You and I have been through enough with each other and should have better rapport than this.

When stuff like this happens it should serve as a reminder that emotions are fickle and when guys start the bad habits of taking sides against certain others on the forum to form micro factions for no good reason, we become literally no better than the hardcore political people that cannot see a spade for what it is. Team Trump this, Team Hillary that. So fanatical about the side they want to claim so badly, they cannot reason effectively anymore. This issue is easy to address. It's not even politics. It's a mere integrity issue.

This is a sharp turn, no need to wipe out into a tree over trivial stuff like meetups or game styles. Let's not fail this shit test because I guarantee you the feminists and our enemies are watching to see how many of us have shitty values and if we can be conned again. They also are watching to see which of us are soft emotionally so that they can exploit you again with a newly made account.

Think about the big picture here.

I do not believe that game has the same level of complexity as physics. I grew up in a block where every single dude had the courage to approach a woman and get her number, from the least good looking guy to the most socially awkward guy. Game is a box that accepts people from different demographics, IQ level, social intelligence, looks, etc If you spend a great portion of your life around dudes who have good game or at least a predisposition for it, you are likely to have a solid base for gaming. I do not think people are born players, players are made.

You are always more likely to meet someone who has the aptitude of getting laid than someone who is good at understanding complex information such as physics.

Jariel is 6ft4. How much work is a 6ft4 dude putting in comparing to guys who are shorter? (I presume the average guy here is shorter than that) How much rejection has he been through? A guy that is simply getting laid based on his looks, his game theory may not apply so much to the average guy.

Cmon man. This isn't the deal you are making it out to be.

This isn't a university. He isn't a journalist. We aren't writing books here - well most of us aren't. This is a forum. Plagiarism is not only inevitable, but not an entirely bad thing, as long as the ideas are valuable to the members here. Yes, I can understand why it make be a big deal elsewhere, but this is a forum. It's a great tight knit place, but even if one doesn't use quotes to indicate it's not exactly their own words, who cares if it's from a blog or even wikipedia?

Sifting through all the crap out there online to find good valuable stuff to relay to members here is a service in and of itself. Perhaps we should be thanking him? Yes, it may still be "plagiarism", but what is he actually profiting from it besides building a good accord here, some trust, and a reputation? Plagiarism isn't a violation of the rules here, and I hesitate to think it's necessarily a violation of trust.

The fact you are making this out as some sort of terrible violation and betrayal of trust makes me somewhat suspicious of the reasons you are doing this. You are very new yourself. I don't want to call you a troll, but early into your "career" on here, you've either caused some trouble or brought a problem to light. I suppose we will see.

Let's throw some questions out there:

Is it because he has more rep points? Some kind of jealousy?
Is it because you want to knock him down a peg?
Or are you merely pointing out what you believe to be a sincere issue? Maybe you really do think plagiarism is a serious problem and a breach of trust at a place like this. Realize though that many of us don't share that same perspective.

While your intent may be to not stir up trouble on this forum, it is exactly what you are doing.

I'm sure everyone at some point has plagiarized a piece of information, a sentence - but not entire paragraphs without proper sourcing. There is a clear difference.

Edit: I also (although some probably wont) see a difference between reading an article and paraphrasing, as opposed to reading an article, cut/pasting and pawning it off as your own work.

I have no dog in this fight, but I am interested to see NTP's response, as I have enjoyed his commentary on Venezuela, and having gone there myself, can confirm a lot of what he has said (which, by the way is hard to find online).

This sounds like game denialist talking to me and sounds like some kind of personal axe to grind. Height isn't everything. Plenty of 6 foot plus dudes on this forum. I really don't think this is relevant to this thread or discussion.

You also continue to make trivial comments about game out to just being interactions with women and compare it to an entire area of scientific study that is based upon non-verbal logic, when game with women is just a small piece of human social dynamics and psychology in general, which are very large areas of study.

Again, if you want to make conjectures about Jariel's game make a thread in the Game subforum for it. Don't do that here, it's petty and serves no real purpose other than make us all look foolish, when we have a bigger issue than that going on.

Dude TK I have the utmost respect for you, I'm sure it's likewise.

Thing is when did I ever defend NTP ? Did you read my first comment on the thread where Brian Shima called us haters ?

Hating ? Please.

We just appreciate when people are genuine, and don't plagiarize.

....

He was never a flame to me, as I said, grain of salt.

If something is too good to be true, it probably is. Doubly online and being the pessimist that I am.

He was interesting sure, he wrote alot, gained high value, and now that he's been exposed as a plagiarist, should be treated as such.

I don't think there's a way for him to really come back from that, let alone defend himself.

Ironically:

Only time will tell if he will or can rebuff this. I'm not expecting much.

It looks like I misunderstood the group you're talking about that's acting like bitches.

As I said before, maybe it's just me, but game is easier to write about (because of experience), I can't fathom keeping track of faux life stories and plagiarizing.

There is no discontent with you nor disagreement.

The integrity of this forum should ALWAYS come first before any individual member.

Guys on here have a right to question things.

I've not followed much (any?) of NTP's stuff, so I'm coming in neutral.

The plagiarism issue seems real, and not easily explainable. Has he been doing freelance content writing on the side too, for all those sites he stole the paragraphs from? Plagiarism is a big deal in my book, and a major negative strike.

Honestly that surfing article read exactly like bits of content articles strung together, written by different freelancers. It did not feel like a post written by one person with specific, personal knowledge. Just my opinion as a writer.

There's nothing wrong with compiling information from other sources instead of writing it yourself, if you say that's what you're doing. I do that sometimes here. If I can find a high quality article that covers most of what I want to say, that I am willing to endorse based on my own experience and knowledge, I'd rather just point people to that article than spend a couple hours rewriting it all myself. But he didn't do that, did he? He passed the information and writing off as his own.

Just having done a lot of unusual stuff is not in itself that suspicious. I've had a quite unusual life myself, though a lot of it wasn't stuff most people would aspire to do. And it's pretty fucking lame when people assume I'm lying just because my experiences are so far outside any of their own. But it seems obvious that if I want to retain my credibility--so that the people who don't assume I'm a liar can trust what I have to say--I really shouldn't do things like shoot myself in the foot with easily traced plagiarism.

As far as I'm concerned it's established that he lied about where the information in some of his posts came from. Am I supposed to then just assume everything else he says is true, despite some of it being fairly fantastic? Voluntarily give in to Gell-Mann amnesia? No thanks.

P.S. I'd also like to say I'm not very impressed with some of the cattiness in this thread. "Oh, you're just jealous, that's why you're calling this guy out for clearly lying!" Is that how we keep a high integrity community?

Edit - I don't even see how NTP could show he was the author of those articles he copied without exposing himself to doxxing. I think it's very unlikely he wrote them originally, but if he did, now he has to essentially provide a solid link to himself by saying so. That's a no win situation.

Lots of guys lashing out at, making accusations, and patronizing each other in this thread. I don't think this is helping anyone.

Probably best to discuss the merits or lackthereof of content that looks plagiarized, the plausibility of claims made based on our personal experiences or where reasonable assumptions can be made under what circumstances.

Or better yet, to wait for NTP to return and let him address what's been said here.

I will say that I've questioned NTP many times where my experience did not match what he's written, and he's often been very courteous and informative in reply. I've often been turned towards information that is highly uncommon yet informative and credible. He also is indirectly responsible for me and a large number of others being gifted Gold status. I reciprocate kindness and do not take the subject of loyalty lightly.

I also do not take the subject of credibility lightly, and I do not agree that the message is above the medium. Often the credibility of the message plays into the motives behind and the accuracy of the message.

Much of the content referenced here does appear copy/pasted, which gives me pause. That's why I believe the best course of action here is to stop tearing each other down and to wait for NTP's commentary on the matter.

So is also guys that think another guy's game doesn't exist or not as good because of their height. Double so, for a guy that has not even seen that other person's face of all things. This mindset and mentality is pure poison.

Hmm?

You are telling the lion how to eat meat. I have had threesomes since I was 17, before the age of 25 I already had sex with more than 60 girls. I tell you this, I get lots of women simply because I approach a lot, I am pretty good at escalating and I have a handsome face (I get eye fucked a lot). I am one of these dudes that you meet and you automatically know I have no problems getting laid.

Ask dudes on the forum that have met me in person. No one will tell you that my game is weak.

NTP in the Azerbajian-Armenia thread:

Atropates refused to pay allegiance to Seleucus I, and made Media Atropatene an independent kingdom (this was 1,000 years before the Mohammed). It subsequently lost the Media prefix in the name and came to be known as Atropatene. The former Achaemenid satrapy of Media was divided into two states: The greater (southern) part; Media Magna was assigned to Peithon, one of Alexander's bodyguards (not to be confused with Peithon, son of Agenor, who was satrap of the Indus). The smaller (northern) region referred to as Lesser Media, which had been the sub-satrapy of Matiene, became Media Atropatene under Atropates, the former Achaemenid governor of all Media, who had by then become father-in-law of Perdiccas, regent of Alexander's designated successor.

From Wikipedia:

Following the death of Alexander the Great in 323 BC, the Macedonian's conquests were divided amongst the diadochi at the Partition of Babylon. The former Achaemenid satrapy of Media was divided into two states: The greater (southern) part — Media Magna was assigned to Peithon, one of Alexander's bodyguards. The smaller (northern) region, which had been the sub-satrapy of Matiene, became Media Atropatene under Atropates, the former Achaemenid governor of all Media, who had by then become father-in-law of Perdiccas, regent of Alexander's designated successor.

Shortly thereafter, Atropates refused to pay allegiance to Seleucus, and made Media Atropatene an independent kingdom. It subsequently lost the Media prefix in the name and came to be known simply as Atropatene.

Not plagiarized but clearly stolen and paraphrased.

If you can't do that then drop your petty witchhunt.

I don't think that's fair.

When a guy purporting to have lived the "RVF Dream Life" rides suddenly into town, lots of younger guys are going to hang on his every word.

It is the job of the older men on this forum to take passing on their experiences, good or bad, seriously.

As such, disruption by fake personas ,created for god knows what purpose, should not be tolerated or given free reign to embellish and plagiarise.

Well said. This is our job and it serves a purpose to help guide the younger guys that are watching/lurking. The next WestIndianArchie or Samseau is probably 19 and lurking. Do we want to show ourselves as incompetent and easily fooled by gulping up anything that comes our way? Do we want to demonstrate sketchy ethics by accepting lying from one dude over truth from another that prefers privacy? Onto is older than you and I, yet we have to explain basic concepts of leadership to him, something our martial arts backgrounds, in regards to discipline, gave us years ago as young men. Why disappointing to see, these lashouts of emotion are to be seen as what they are, but not impede those firm enough with the correct amount of wisdom, to take care of the business at hand.

So now you want to start attacking me?
