I've been reflecting on how much work I want to put into the pod cast. My gut is that I'd need to be paid to put any more effort into it (beyond having more guests), but then, as samsamsam said, that brings other issues, such as who gets what, do I want the obligation to those who paid and/or to keep putting out content, does it violate the forum by commercializing it, are there even enough willing and traveled forum members left, do I want the risks associated with paying forum members to be on the pod cast, as opposed to them doing it for free, what about the the guests before I took money, etc.

My current thinking on all the above is no, avoid all those headaches for this pod cast.
