I liked Floripa it has some really nice beaches. It also has some good waves for surfing and sandboarding is pretty fun too. Praia mole is a sick beach with some decent waves. They also have a couple bars on that beach. I went to a party at one of the bars during carnival and they had a live Dj and everyone was raging.

The only problem is that it seems you need a car down there. The island is bigger than you think and I couldn't imagine trying to trek around on a bus everywhere. It was a nice change of scenery from Sao Paulo. But I would recommend Rio since its easy to get around the Zona Sul area and plenty of things to do.

I think a major factor that has to be taken into account is cash.
For starters, Venezuela has the hottest women, but they aren't as likely to be well educated and have international exposure as other places. Also, it is REALLY dangerous there now, I got robbed at gunpoint and beaten a bit last time I was there. Mother fucking pack of teenage hoodlums straight out of City of God, I got lucky though, as they frequently just kill people who even look at them the wrong way.

Ok, if you have a very healthy/unlimited budget, I think the best choice is Marbella. I love Spain, and lived for years in Andalucia. Marbella is the hot spot, but the amount of money there is insane, and do live it up you need a lot. As you might imagine, where there are millionaires, mafiosi, politicians, and arab sheiks, there are stunning women. Some of the most beautiful Spanish end up here, some of their aristocracy, as well as a sampling of europe and beyond during certain times. Plus it offers easy access to many cool places. Also, you have all the benefits of Europe in terms of healthcare and public safety and infrastructure.

If you have a moderate income, I think the best choice is Floripa. Safest place in Brazil, etc.

If you are on a budget, then I would say Prague. Beautiful women, nice bars, good looking and mostly safe city, culture, etc.

If you are indeed the author of the Gmanifesto let me first of all let you know that I have followed your blog for some time now. You have posted pics of yourself and they were of a Black man. If you are not the man that you posted then I stand to be corrected.

I've been to Seville, but can't say I'd want to live there. Very stratified there, rich versus poor. The Moorish architecture that has survived is gorgeous, and they do seafood extremely well down there.

I was extremely jealous at their nightlife. They rock until 6-7am there, making California feel ever more gimpy. I'm not sure if these places are still there, but one club was called Weekend and another was called Boss. They were both pretty high end, got lots of tourists(young westerners on vacation, you know the type).

I can't remember if they women were above average.


I always thought G was half irish, half basque? One half IRA, one half ETA, or something like that?

I agree. CA has become hell for nightlife. I barely can stand it.

Also regarding Sevilla, people seem to always "up" it real heavy in general and on here as well.

I went there last year, and didn't understand the hype.

I mean, sure the place was pretty dope, but come on. No Beach. Hot as f*ck. Girls no hotter than anywhere else in Spain.

And a lot of weesh American college girls.

Honestly, I think what happens in Sevilla is this:

1. Some cat rolls there.
2. Sees hot Spanish girls
3. Hooks up with mediocre American college student
4. Thinks Sevilla is Aces!

I don't think he looks like the typical half black/ half Irish male. I think I would know this almost half of my family is comprised of mixed folk. Check the pic below he looks Black to me but idk.

I would argue Milan, Italy but it loses out on the beach. It has the architecture, art, nightlife (except during the month of August), food (stomach stay full), and hot Italian women.

Now I know it has been said on here that Italian women are harder to game BUT that was not stated as a requirement for the original question.

I can also agree with Rio...although I like Salvador (Bahia) just as much....maybe more.

Santiago Chile has great weather, food, and quality of life. Has the ocean (Valaparaiso) and mountains near by. Don't know much about Chilean girls, but the one Chilean Canadian girls I was with was pretty fine (not easy tho).

I don't know if I would called Montevideo "the best", but I would vouch for it being a place worthy of checking out. As for Santiago. Few people here rave about it, but I think it's a pretty cool place overall. Pretty safe by Latin American standards, great metro system, has the same nice weather as Los Angeles, no corrupt cops to worry about, and you can surf or ski within the same weekend, great and cheap wine, beautiful countryside, fairly business friendly if you wanted to set something up, Vina del Mar and Valparaiso are nearby and awesome places if you need a getaway. I would totally do a mini-retirement in Santiago, especially since I already have friends there.

Also, what about Marseilles? I never hear anyone in the forum talk about it. Can't say I've been there yet, but I don't see how it could be a loser.


But G, I think what you need to check out is Beirut. From the few people I've known that have been there, they can't stop talking about how dope it is. Sounds like a perfect home base for an international playboy.

Why do you say this? Marbella is NOT expensive. You don't need to have a yacht in the Puerto Banus marina or a villa in La Zagaleta. You are just perpetuating a myth. Are there expensive parts of Marbella? Yes. Are there expensive clubs, restaurants, clothing boutiques and yachts? Yes. BUT, you don't have to be a millionaire to live in Marbella. Nor do you have to be a millionaire to enjoy the nightlife in Marbella. Sure, if you are ordering bottles of champagne at Nikki Beach Club every night, then it helps to have money. But, who says you have to go out every night? If you go out twice a week, it would be no more expensive than a night out in any major city. With the added benefit that the cost of living is much lower in general.

With the recession and the way things are in Spain right now, you could get a one bedroom apartment in Puerto Banus, steps away from all the nightlife for a 1000 Euros a month. I am talking prime here. If you go up a little bit, even 10 mins, you could get a place for 500 Euros. In Marbella town where most of the Spanish live, you could go even cheaper. Outside of the glitzy tourist areas, Marbella is just a small Spanish town. And that is actually one of it's major downsides. From May to September, Marbella is hopping. But, after the season ends, it becomes a quiet seaside resort. You still get the Spanish coming up from Madrid on the weekends, but it is not a 24 hour party place like it is in the summer. From November to February, with exception of New Years, things really die down.

For every high end boutique, there is a Zara around. For every expensive restaurant with 20+ Euro dishes, there are cheap Spanish tapas places.

For a single person, you could live in Marbella for 1500 to 2000 Euros a month, depending on the kinds of lifestyle you want.

"Best women" is fairly self explanatory.

A lot of the responses stray from the original poster's question. While we all love South America, no city on that continent could be considered one of the top contenders for all of the items G Manifesto mentions.

In my eyes the answer is very simple: Paris.

It's the most visited city on Earth for a reason. Sure there are cold winters, but not nearly as bad as many NA cities (Montreal, for example - a definite runner up for me). There is a man-made beach along the Seine in the summertime called Paris Plage. Yes it's fake and not nearly as nice as real beaches, but it's something, and it gets packed out with people (topless women perhaps?). I don't need to mention the other items on his list - they're all there.

As for the women, whoever said the women in Paris aren't impressive is an idiot. French women, unlike American women, actually have pride and insist on dressing to the nines whenever they go anywhere. They have something that has been long lost stateside: Grace. They are just so effortlessly stylish and sexy, and they aren't fat. A large number of them are beautiful. Sure you'll see some who just look like regular white girls, but you'll also see many other varieties as Paris is extremely multicultural. There's a large population of liberal North African (Arab) girls who I find to be very sexy. Oh and last but not least, French society is very sexually expressive, which means the women are, too. They fuck on the first night.

You'd be silly to skip over Paris. However, if it's truly not your thing, my second recommendation that meets G Manifesto's criteria is Barcelona. That's already been mentioned a few times.

On a discount? I haven't been to these myself, but based on research I'd throw in Lisbon and Thessaloniki (if it's anything like Athens, the women will be some of the best in the world).

No real big deal its just that I been reading dude's blog for awhile now and he has posted several pictures of himself. Then comes here lying saying he's a Black Irish and I'm like WTF!SMDH!! I have read the G Manifesto for several years now, and there have never been pictures of him posted there. Whether he is for real is another thing, but he sure is not the guy you linked to. He brings a lot of value, so enjoy his posts for what they are worth, and stop trolling please.

As for the cities - it would be very hard to find all the features on the list in one city. That's why people travel, because each city has something different to offer.
Besides the cold, don't forget that hot weather can be a drawback too. Someone mentioned Thessaloniki - are you for real? From May to September it is like 40-45 degrees C there (100+ F). People try to escape whenever they can. Barcelona can get very hot, too.
I think from where I've been, Budapest probably best combines all features, as it has great architecture and is walkable, cultured good-looking people, nightlife, good places to eat, and not terribly expensive. However, it does not have a beach and a few other features from that list. And in winters it does get cold.
