Feminists in general are pretty retarded when it comes to tenets of western civilization like fair trials and justice. They feel that the judicial system has failed them, that they're completely justified in ruining reputations, careers, and lives, and doubtless want a return of old school lynch mobs. Women did not flinch at the prospect of capital punishment foisted on the accused without due process back then and I doubt they would now, even if they were lying. Still I am not displeased to see James Deen hoisted by the petard of modern feminism, on which he spurred his career. He had numerous headliners in Jezebel and Salon. His biggest sin is that he's male, white, and Jewish to boot. I never figured it would happen but then again, they always eat where they shit.

That said, it would be pretty hilarious if we could get some high profile feminist like Anita Sarkeesian embroiled in a sexual assault case where a covert MRA accuses her of touching his no-no place and threatening to rape him in an elevator. A few self-inflicted bruises and it might be plausible that she tried to overpower him. If it came up in discovery that the "man" is gender confused, all the better.

All of a sudden all that nonsensical "take the victim completely at 'her' word" and "give credence to all rape accusations, however implausible" would be suspended completely in a circus of all of us fucking about twitter and pointing out all the hypocrisy while feminists hamster their vapid opinions on why their rules apply to just women and not men. If we could get a conviction, even a slap on the wrist and paid legal fees, that would be nothing short of a real life comedy.

Unfortunately, none of those Elamite mens victimhood whiners we have made efforts to distance ourselves from have the savvy or resources needed to do anything but complain over the internet, even though they're all slight of build enough to be overpowered and molested by a woman. Scandals and legal jihad are more the weapon of feminists than anti-feminists.

AB, I don't think you read my post very carefully.

First, I don't feel "empowered" or "disempowered" by any of this. That lingo is completely meaningless to me.

Second, I brought up the UVa rape hoax case as an example where discovering and reporting the facts was not futile, and did not "do nothing". It resulted in that particular story collapsing, and in Rolling Stone retracting the article, among other things.

Third, I explicitly noted that I do NOT expect most other cases to play out that way. I expect us to lose more often than not. Here is what I wrote, note the bolded part in particular:

Out in the real world, anyone can be raped, no matter what field you're in or whether you are a man or woman. If someone grabs you, throws you down, and forces sex on you, you were raped.
